Staying at Neptuns Villas was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, I felt that this was not just another resort, but a true sanctuary for adults who value peace, elegance, and tranquility. What impressed me the most was the serene atmosphere — and especially the fact that there were absolutely no children on the premises. For me, that made all the difference. Children, with their constant noise, running around, and parents who often fail to keep them in check, can easily ruin what is supposed to be a relaxing holiday. At Neptuns Villas, none of that was an issue. It was blissfully quiet, calm, and designed for those of us who appreciate a refined environment. The staff were equally outstanding. Attentive without being intrusive, warm yet professional, they managed to create a truly welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was taken care of, and every request was met with a smile. Combined with the beautifully maintained property and the exclusive, child-free setting, this place became the perfect retreat. If you’re searching for a stress-free escape where peace is guaranteed and the focus is entirely on adult comfort, I can wholeheartedly recommend Neptuns Villas. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again.

There is absolutely nothing one could possibly dislike about Neptuns Villas. From the very first moment, everything feels perfectly designed for relaxation and comfort. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and completely free from distractions. I especially appreciated that the property is child-free, which ensures a truly peaceful environment without any of the noise or stress that usually comes with family resorts. The staff were outstanding — attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist without ever being intrusive. Every detail of the stay felt thoughtful and well executed. Neptuns Villas is, quite simply, flawless and unforgettable.

One of those hotels where you arrive and feel good. Very well kept, great pool, big rooms, stylish, great location: everything you need is within a 5 min walk, 10 min to the full moon beach. Would stay here again.

The a/c was loud and kind of weak, they played 7 songs on repeat at the pool. The pond for the fish is way too small.

Clean and nice location.

The hotel is good, but for the price they should have a bar at the beach and a common area there to watch sunset. Feels like is not sea front. The bed is not comfortable and they make two twin beds togheter to make a king size, but you feel the line between them.

The view from our villa was stunning! The apartment itself was large and very clean, it exceeded our expectations after reading the reviews on here. Great location for the full moon festival. The staff were lovely, we particularly liked Un who made our stay here wonderful! He was so friendly, nice to talk to whilst driving us wherever we needed to go, thank you Un!

Beds are hard, however if you ask reception for more blankets/duvets they will provide some which helped.

This hotel is in a great location and also has a pool and even its own little beach. The breakfast is also really nice! We were also able to book both ferry and jungle party tickets at reception. We had an issue with the AC and they got someone to come to our room and fix it within 10 minutes.

They didn’t clean our room for 3 days and we had to ask for more water and toilet paper. We didn’t get new towels or new bed sheets. For the price you pay for this hotel I didn’t think this was great. AC was also broken for the first two days.

Situated in a very quiet spot right on the sea front. There is a bit of beach in front when the tides out. Only 5min walk to the main beach. Looks picturesque walking down past the bungalows. Reception and dining staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice veranda with wooden chairs to sit out on.

Nothing to dislike as such. The rooms were a bit smaller than anticipated but OK for the time spent in them. Had to ask after 2 days for the room cleaned but OK after that.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. While it’s a little more expensive than other options, it’s worth it for the great facilities, reliable WiFi, and friendly staff. I stayed during the Full Moon Party, and the location near Haad Rin Beach was perfect. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, even though I couldn’t fully enjoy it due to the weather.

The breakfast was limited (à la carte), which could be improved.

This is such a beautiful place and the view from the hotel is amazing. Little cabins with all the basic you need. The shower is not the best, but compared to the price it’s really okay. Lush and green outside like a “jungle feeling”.

In general it is such a nice place! The restaurant is not the best though.. but there is plenty of restaurants nearby.

We had two rooms. The one next to the beach was comfortable. There is a nice beach at the hotel. and the location in Haad Rin is very close to everything. The swimming pool is really nice.

The second room didn't have windows at all. It was disclosed when I ordered, but still. If the room was better ventilated it would be much better.
