Staff are kind and supportive

Nice pool inside the hotel. Remember to carry your own towels and swimming cap otherwise you'll have to rent them. Continental breakfast has a lot of variety. Covered parking is very convenient. A few kilometers from Assisi.

At present the hotel is situated in an area surrounded by building works. The noise wasn't a problem but the walk to the beach was a little hairy. To be fair, the hotel run a regular transfer service to and from the beach.

Loved the bean bag area. Lovely bright spacious Seaview rooms. Loved the lovely barman who dressed so smartly and was very professional and the restaurant morning manager.

Loud bar music while relaxing at the pool. Hard for us oldies to get in and out of the pool. The 10% service charge on top of food and drinks even though I know it's standard practice. I cld go next door to the little shop and buy without service charge and i wld have eaten at ur restaurant more if I didn't have pay service charge as well especially as I was staying at ur hotel.

Great location for those travelling for the full mom party. 10 minute walk from the heart of it in Haad Rin beach but far enough away where you can’t hear anything at night. Lovely clean pool and great access to the beach. Room lovely and clean and had a lovely sea view. Right in the middle of nice restaurants and brunch spots. Staff very accommodating!

Nothing bad to say. Not much of a selection at breakfast if anything, but had the basics.

It was far beyond our expectations! The hotel location is great, near Haad Rin pier and very close to the main beach. The staff was very lovely and help us with everything we need. We really liked the pool area, the good atmosphere and the bartender is very professional, cocktails were top tier! The hotel is beachfront and the sunset was the most beautiful we have experience so far in Thailand. Highly recommend this place!

Wow! Breakfast was simply fantastic. The attention to detail, the abundance, and the freshness of the fruits. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of delicious restaurants and the main beach of the Pollone party. The staff is friendly and helpful. What I loved most was the sunset, truly a stunning spot. No doubt, I'll come back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and the bed is very comfy. There is a great views from the balcony and the sunset is absolutely stunning!

It's the second time we stay at this lovely place and once again we regret we haven't stayed longer. The room is big and clean, the bed is so comfy and there is a stunning view from the balcony. The property is a beach front and the sunsets are amazing. We really liked the breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Great location, the pool next to the beach is beautiful, delicious and abundant brekkie, kind and diligent staff. We arrived at 7am and they let us do check in immediately, so appreciated. I recommend it a lot!

The drainage needs maintenance, it blocks with every shower.

The best hotel we've stayed in Thailand so far, Good value for the money. The room is big and clean with an amazing view from the balcony. We really liked the breakfast and the pool is big with nice atmosphere. The staff and manager were very friendly, professional and helped us with everything we needed.
