Great pool overlooking the beach. Staff were great.

When we arrived we were told we had to pay extra to have the sofa bed made up in our room for our daughter. When booking we had booked the room for 2 adults and a child so didn’t expect to be charged an additional amount on arrival. I’m not sure if this is the fault of the hotel or Booking.com.

The hotel was stylish in asian theme, the facility is well maintained. Low rise building (2 floors). Lots of trees and flowers. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bed and jacuzzi at the balcony. Both pools were good. Wonderful breakfast with a variety of asian and European - healthy food e.g. homemade jam which was fresh and not too sweet. Perfect location at the heart of Lamai beach. Eco friendly e.g. open-air lobby, using glass bottles instead of plastic.

Small things. The room built-in furniture seems to be for taller people. It's hard to reach the hangers in the closet, the cosmetic mirror was too high (which I didn't have such problem in other hotels). The pillows were too thick.

The hotel was beautiful and amazing . The pool was great. The hotel beach is amazing and the bar was great. We took the private pool villa and it was amazing, great pool and great bed, lots of amazing restaurants right outside the hotel.

Lights in the room but everything else was perfect

Perfect beach vacation. There for New Year, be prepared to get wet. Outside of the property of course. Friendly staff. Om is truly a phenomenal person, she explained the New Year ceremony, gave details about the water ritual. Very sweet and attentive. Enjoyed breakfast, sufficient gym, they try and do a good job cleaning the beach (I witnessed it every morning). Great walking beach. The staff tries very hard to be accommodating.

Pavilion went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and amazing! We had such a good time that we extended our stay by 9 days! The staff was super friendly and we got to know a few of them during the stay. The breakfast is good and also has a selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Rooms are clean and very well made and offer many luxury features like pools and jacuzzies. The private beach offered by Pavilion is cleaned every day and is the most maintained beach all over Lamai beach.

The only downside is that rooms on the second floor of the A building have a lot of noise until midnight due to a night market nearby. That's it!

Just want to say despite a few issues I had the staff went that extra mile in helping to fix them 👌 all staff members were very professional at there job so for that alone it made my stay my enjoyable. Myself the one who for me went that extra mile was Mew 😊 without her then things may not have had the successful outcome and not to mention Bank at the LOOKOUT BAR for making the perfect cocktails 🍹 The room cleaners also I'd like to say thank you for the great job and always happy and smiling. One other I'd like to mention is the Chef's as the food was done to perfection especially the Thai Green Curry OMG 😍 that truly was my favourite so 10/10 for that 😋 Please except my apologies if I've missed anyone out. Mr Terry it also was a pleasure to meet you in person 🙏🙏

Absolutely superb. Great location. Such friendly staff. So thankful of all the efforts from Terry the Events Manager for arranging our wedding ceremony! Would highly recommend the Pavilion 🤍🌸

Super friendly staff, perfect location and fantastic rooms!

Only teeny tiny issue was that in the small print it states you need to bring the physical bank card you made the booking with. I had pre paid and in this day and age have not carried a credit card in over 3 years. Thankfully we worked around the problem and they took a screen shot of my card in my Apple wallet.

The resort is well located and has a private beach - a lovely added bonus. I have stayed in a villa with a pool and really enjoyed the quality of materials used to build the resort, which I was told were locally sourced. My bedroom area had a very large bed with comfortable mattress and bedding. Internet connection was stable for most of the time, only really impacted by heavy storms. I have also tried the onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner a couple of times and local food options from the menu were very tasty and inexpensive. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. Added bonus - almost all scheduled tours do pickup from this resort, which is very convenient.

Some features, such as electricity outlets and switches should be upgraded as they were difficult to control and could not be handled centrally. The room key was also very old fashioned and difficult to carry whilst away. Since there is no porch light/electricity in general once you leave your villa, it's challenging to open both sets of doors upon return if returning in the dark. It also would have been nice if the villa's private pool had a heating setting and was cleaner. I did not book breakfast, but ordered it once and found it to be very expensive and limited compared to several restaurants nearby.

The hotel’s common areas were stunning, and it can truly be called a 5-star resort. However, we stayed across the street, where the accommodation could use some updates to live up to a 5-star standard. I would also hope that more attention is paid to cleaning. That said, I can recommend this hotel, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the pool areas were fantastic!

The hotel could use some minor updates, and I was unfortunately disappointed with the breakfast quality, especially considering it’s a 5-star hotel. I would have expected options like pastries or pancakes, as well as fresh juices, which I believe should be a standard at a hotel of this level.
