Best place to stay at in Lamai. Really good location with nearby restaurants, covinience store and bars but still quite. The rooms are big and super clean. You get cleaning service and water daily. The best is the service, the family running the place is really welcoming and their staff is very charming.

Everything works. Just Internet might not be that stable if you want to do home office. I recommend getting a local sim card.

I absolutely loved my stay here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, in particular Nong, who is not only a great hotel owner but a lovely person as well. The room was cleaned properly whenever I needed, the laundry service, although not the cheapest option in Samui, is good value for money as everything came back in under 24 hours cleaned, dried, ironed, and folded (more effort than I would ever put in when cleaning my own clothes). Upon arrival, Nong gave me a list of her favorite/popular restaurants along Lamai road and immediately made me feel so welcome. The location is super ideal, right in the heart of the Lamai area but also tucked out of the way so there was no noise at all. Very easy access to the beach from multiple points and close to numerous restaurants and bars. If looking to train Muay Thai, the hotel is a straight line walk of around 10 minutes to WMC Lamai Muay Thai gym and the balconies provided with the hotel rooms are ideal for airing out boxing gloves and shinnies that aren't welcome in the room! I highly recommend staying here, was perfect for my stay, and would 100% come back.

The wifi is quite dodgy (might also be because of the thunderstorms during rainy season) but I was here long term so had unlinmited data on a Thai sim card so didn't bother me too much.

Very friendly, top hosts, the whole team are really nice. Rooms thoroughly cleaned everyday. excellent room with balcony, super cold AC. The location is perfect, beach, restaurants and mini marts. Highly recommend 👌

Bonny Hotel is a little gem in the heart of Lamai Beach. The hotel location is excellent with a 5 minute walk to the beach, and numerous choices of international and Thai food restaurants and bars a short walk away, yet the hotel remains quiet at night despite the central location. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good bathrooms, a good balcony to sit outside and comfortable in-room seating and bed. The staff are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and helpful and make everyone feel like family with their genuine warmth and kindness. Excellent value for money, a good location and wonderful staff.

One of the friendliest staff we have come across, very helpful and knowledgeable of good places to eat and activities,and also rented mopeds at a very cheap rate. The room was very clean and everyday the bedding and towels were changed and room cleaned. Even offered beach towels to use which was a short walk away Bars and restaurants all close by only a few short steps away but the room was down a side street so very quiet and peaceful , a comfortable bed and nice hot shower and the tv even has Netflix and YouTube, Would definitely recommend and we are returning after a few weeks when we finish visiting the other islands in the area to stay again

The hotel is in an excellent location, Lamai beach is a short walk away. The hotel has a good variety of restaurants and bars, catering to both international and Thai foods plus many shopping and massage spas also nearby. The hotel is in the centre of the town, but is a quiet and peaceful location to stay. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a good bed and bathroom, and a pleasant balcony and seating area to relax on. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful to everyone, they make you feel part of the family when staying at the hotel. They can provide information and arrange everything you need while in Lamai Beach. A friendly, comfortable hotel which is good value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay here !! Starting with the staff, they are all incredibly friendly and always willing to help, in particular P’Nong, she was an incredible host, making us feel so welcome and relaxed, greeting us at check-in with a chilled bottle of water and writing out 3 pages of recommendations of restaurants, things to do and services the hotel can provide. She was always eager to help and always going the extra mile by chatting with us and greeting us every time we came in and out of the hotel, and knowing our names and everyone else’s in the hotel ! This really made us feel so welcomed and comforted. The best customer service and the most kindness we have experienced from any hotel so far in Thailand. The room is clean, spacious yet cosy and the room is made up for you every day and the fridge is restocked with bottled water. It has a nice balcony and a smart TV, and the bathroom is clean and spacious with a nice hot shower, with a water filter already attached. The location is great surrounded by loads of restaurants and bars. Barely a 5 minute walk Lamai Beach, and just up the road from the Lamai night market. We honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. By far our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in !

There is absolutely nothing to complain about here

The staff were absolutely amazing! When I asked if reception could order me a taxi to pick up my laundry, they instead offered to drive me there themselves at night, free of charge. Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out to me on my trip to Thailand so far. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely mountain view. The hotel is also conveniently located on the main strip of Lamai, making it easy to explore the area.

The only downside was that you could tell the hotel is a bit dated. However, for the price you pay, it's absolutely worth it & and still provides a wonderful experience

This was easily the most hospitable & friendliest staff on my visit to Phuket & Ko Samui. Nong especially was so kind. I requested a lower floor in advance and got it. My suitcase handle was damaged by airport baggage staff somewhere..Nong organised to get it fixed.Organised taxi for me to airport..cheaper than Grab! I cannot but recommend this great hotel. I'm known as Dan and Nong remembered this every time!

A few small things..bathroom a little dated..and a little difficult to turn off the air-conditioning.. button on remote a bit dodgy

Everything, there is no complaint at all. The location is in the centre, close to the restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to Lamai Beach. But it‘s still quiet. They clean the room everyday, change the towels and bins. You can rent a bike. And what I liked the most: the staff, omg. They were kind, lovely, helpful, greeting every day, I felt like home. The most lovely people that I‘ve ever met on my travel journey in Thailand. Def. recommend this hotel.

Nothing, maybe only the AC can be loud but that‘s peanuts.
