Location is perfect, couple of minutes from the beach, plenty of cafes, shops around, food market, supermarket are also close. There is separate kitchen in the room with microwave, toaster, electric kettle and basic dishes. You can also ask for a stove to cook. The laundry is for reasonable price. They told us during check-in that cleaning is once in two days but in fact it was every day, also they provide a bottle of water for each person daily. It's very quiet despite this is the center of very busy area.

The pool inside is made from some cheap material and it's not pleasant to walk there especially in children's part.

Spacious rooms with everything we required for a comfortable stay. Lovely, wide and comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities basic but fine for our needs. Kettle, toaster, tabletop stove & microwave. Huge TV. Good bathroom with a fairly uncomplicated shower. Large balcony overlooking gorgeous gardens and pool. Amazing staff who serviced our room every day. Excellent location off the main strip in Lamai. We stayed in Lamai previously and loved how familiar it all felt. Excellent value for money. Can highly recommend.

Would have liked a slightly larger bed cover and our air conditioning seemed a bit temperamental. We didn't report this as the ceiling fan was very powerful.

Great pool, staff were excellent, smart TV for the thundery evenings and location can’t be bet.

The window in the bathroom was a bit odd as it is sections cut out of a wall with a mosquito net. We got a couple of spiders, bugs and a newt in our room. It is Thailand though (:

Great pool, room was nice and clean and a really good size, great location literally minutes from the main strip, good value for money

pool was was a little bit dirty needed some extra cleaning, they charge 300b for the room key deposit and when we were checking out we were waiting 15 minutes to find staff at reception to get the deposit money back, this wouldn't have been an issue usually but we were cutting it really fine to catch our taxi for the ferry. It seems an unnecessary deposit and wastes time.

The area is well located super close to the beach and the main road in Lamai. Lots of variety in restaurants nearby (although local Thai cuisine is unfortunately a bit harder to find but not impossible. Lots of 7/11s closeby) The beds and linens are all very comfortable and cleaned well everyday. The AC was super effective and the room was generally comfortable. The pool also looked great and was cleaned everyday.

The room was a LOT smaller than we anticipated. It didn't match the photos. It wasn't too much of an issue for us since we weren't home all that much but it was still a bit disappointing. The Wifi didn't work at all while we were there. We alerted the staff but honestly nothing was particularly done about it. Thankfully we used our unlimited data sims to get around this so we could at least use the TV in the room. They didn't have basics like an iron. And we didn't have a microwave in our room, and we weren't told there was a common kitchen or anything either so assumed there isn't one.

The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. Mai was especially lovely and her English was very good which helped with communication. The hotel is very central with a lot of shops, restaurants, and massage parlours nearby. A 7 Eleven is around the corner. The pool was refreshing and clean. It was handy to have a kitchen with a fridge, bowls, plates, and cutlery, and a microwave to heat up food the next day. Lamai Night Market is a walk down the road and it had some really yummy food options which were inexpensive and delicious.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location! Only 1-2 min walk from main road where there’s a huge range of shops, cafes, bars etc. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was really nice and lots of sun beds. Hotel was clean and rooms cleaned daily providing you with 2x bottles of water daily. Huge balcony with table and chair.

Air con in the room is really not great, it’s just a fan which blows hot air at you. No relief from the outside in our room. Beds are also quite uncomfortable and very hard.

Amazing location, very close to the beach, like less than 10 minutes walk. Very close to a lively street with bars and good food. The hotel is calm and relaxing and as soon as you walk in you can smell the flowers in the garden. Very pretty. Rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful

The pool could be cleaner but useable. I didn't like the setting in my room with the bed literally in the middle as I had an awkwardly shaped room.

Room was very large and the kitchen area was huge. Smart TV to watch and log right into Netflix if needed. Dishes, toaster, kettle, microwave, large fridge, sink, table and chairs all provided. Shower had great pressure with lots of hot water. Front patio area was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast as well as just relaxing looking at the pool. Housekeeping was always done really well. Tons of restaurants and shops around.

Lots of tiny ants everywhere but the ant spray we bought from Big C helped. The units above can be a bit noisy, especially when furniture is being moved around.

The location is very good. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms are basic but very clean. Cleaning is daily and the staff are very nice. Rented a motorbike as well. The pool is very nice with a garden ideal for refreshing after a day around. Will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely time spent.
