The rooms were very spacious ! Quiet resort with nice pool area! Also easy to rent moped

There was a sizeable gap in balcony door when locked which plenty insects could get through! Didn’t matter much to us because thankfully there were none but noticed it wasn’t just our balcony doors

A wonderful place, far from the city noise and partying tourists. Nevertheless, it's only a 10-minute leisurely walk to the Lamai night market. Our room was located on the first floor near the pool. There was no smell of chlorine, the pool was clean, and they took great care of it. Water samples were taken regularly. The water in the pool felt cool, but it was even pleasant, you could refresh yourself. The hotel owner was very friendly, as was all the staff. We loved everything.

This place is amazing and we would love to stay longer. We stayed four nights and had a great time here. The room was next to the pool and very quiet during nights. The staff at this place is so kind and helpful. We planned originally to stay just a night and were always welcome to extend what we did. It’s a good location to explore Koh Samui. Fully recommend this lovely hotel. Tim and Sina

Beautiful quiet accommodation. Very clean. Lovely swimming pool.which we had to ourselves. Within walking distance of some lovely restaurants.

It would have been good to have some drinks and refreshments available at reception, but once we had found the nearest shop, it was not too much of a problem

Comfortable, location very central to Lamai for restaurants & beach.

Needing some maintenance due to age of the property example new better shower new bedside lamps which were broken & safe not working. Swimming pool very shallow and no sun during the day.

Proximity of pool to our room. It exceeded our expectations, very good value for money.

Economical on toilet paper. Toilet seat in our room was precarious! Air conditioner doesn’t stay on unless the room key is in the key slot ,that controls all the power to the room.

The rooms are big, well equiped and have a big balcony, too. The bed was verry comfortable. Everything was clean and working. This is not a Hotel, it is a 3 story Condotel. There is a reception, but you will have to call a phone number and someone will show up in a few minutes. The location is quiet but within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very good value vor the money and perfect for travellers who do not need to much assistance.

The view from the big balcony is the highlight for me. They have a nice pool are below. Room was nice enough too and the area peaceful and quiet.

- Parking: not a good idea to come by car as the driveway is nearly too narrow to turn in and you just have to leave the car in the blazing sun. They could at least have a roofing for cars. - Big air gaps in the sliding glass doors. I know this is a common type of Thai door but insects can come in and AC air out. Personally I just block the holes with tissue. - The room was not very well cleaned with dust, ants and not so clean towel.

We stayed for 5 nights and we loved our stay. The hotel is surrounded with nature so it is so peaceful. The swimming pool was great addition and always refreshing. We were provided new water everyday in glass bottles which we appreciated. Everyone was friendly and smiling all the time - recommend 100%

Pleasant quiet. In walking distance to limou. Beach is nice. Beautiful coffee down the road. Lovely quiet swimming pool. If you want to relax this is the place for you.
