The place is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants around the area, lots of tour operators, several massage places and the area is quiet. Yes, you are close to the main street but the hotel is located in a quiet area. The hotel is just 20 meters from the beach, which makes it great to chill at the beach. The room is huge and so was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and big. The place was super clean. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is a little old, but taken care of. It needs a little tlc, but works perfectly. Yes, the one issue is that the lobby is full of stuff, like they use it as a storage, but apart from that, the place is good.

We were delighted by hospitality of the property owner. The room was very clean and comfortable. Quality of wifi very stable, enough and satisfactory for our purposes. Peaceful and quiet compared to Chaweng. Prices more than reasonable. There are plenty of dining options and street food in the close neighborhood. Also there is a market with fresh fruit, 7eleven, mini Big C and big Lotus supermarket in the walking distance. Cheap bikes for hire and laundry just around the corner. The beach was really amazing. Unlike the other beaches in Koh Samui, the one in Lamai has no significant low tides, so you can enjoy swimming in the sea all time during the day.

Maybe small renovation of the room equipment should be considered. But for us it was not so important.

The staff were incredible the most kind friendly people I have ever met. I can’t thank them enough the rooms were cleaned everyday and water bottles provided everyday. The beds were comfy and cleans and I just enjoyed everything about this place. Good value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone and would be back to stay here again. Thank you so much to them truly grateful

The space was fantastic. The room was huge for the price, it was right next to the Main Street and the beach but remained really quiet. Very clean and thoroughly cleaned when asked. Very charming and very soothing. Highly recommend!

The bathroom could flood a little if not handled properly. The water did not get as hot as we’d like but that’s island life for you. The only other issue was that the AC during the day with the balcony being so lovely and wide did not get cool easily

We are staying at Summer Inn every time we visit Koh Samui and it never disappointed us. The hotel is located literally 1 minute walk from the Lamai beach. Manager is super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with large balcony, and cleaned daily. Trusted motorbike rental is just around the corner.

Best location you could possibly get, the beach is not even a 2 minute walk and you have all the stores you could possibly imagine next to it, including the night market. The staff were all so kind and helped us book our tours for such a good price, they even helped us do our laundry(by that i mean they did it). The rooms are better than in the pictures. We had a nice balcony and good view. It had everything we needed and the room was spotless. Truly the best stay so far. I forgot to mention that they have the cutest cat so if you love cats you already know where to go.

We only stayed there 4 nights and I wish we would have stayed longer.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location as it is not in the busiest part of lamai but only a short walk away and also very close to the beach. The staff organised our taxi which was very helpful and efficient. The air conditioning was great and they gave us 2 bottles of water each day we were there.

The shower wasn’t easy to use as the head didn’t attach to the bracket properly so it only pointed at the wall. This is probably only an issue in one room and if we really wanted it fixed I’m sure they would have.

Very nice personell. You can see they pay attention to cleaning. Nice balcony. Spacious room. Very close to the beach.

Shower should have better drainage. It is central part of Lamai so the building density is very high which makes the air stable and hot.

Lovely room with large bathroom and 2 double beds. Right on the beach and 30 second walk to streets with shops, bars and restaurants. You can easily get a taxi to cheywang for a night out if you are wanting to.

Issue with our bathroom but got sorted with a new room within 2 minutes of reporting the issue.

Big rooms, bathroom has a tub. Close to beach and restaurants.

Aircon kinda sucked. The room was neutral. Neither warm nor cold. Kinda muggy actually but only in the day time.
