Warm welcome, lovely pool, excellent central location, spacious rooms, clean premises, fast wifi, comforatble beds (softer than other hotels we stayed at in Thailand)

Breakfast finished at 10am, would have been nice to have the opportunity to have breakfast later as I have 2 teenagers! Although the location is great, there is a very loud karaoke bar opposite which affects being able to sit outside in the evenings, however, the noise is OK once inside. A few more sunloungers around the pool would be good.

Location fantastic, breakfast had something for everyone. The Managment and staff were amazing and always available if you needed anything.

Wouldn’t change anything, celebrated my 60 birthday there with hubby. We were only sorry we didn’t book for longer

Staff was cheerful, polite, smiling and were obliging to all requests. The property is a 4 star hidden gem in the Lamai area. The Lamai beach is a 10 min walk across the road. 7-11 across the road. Pharmacy located just outside the property. Lots of eating options e.g. Aussie Bar, Noir, Sala Thai, Mc Donald's, Seventy Fahrenheit all in a 5 min vicinity. The pool is clean with enough sunbeds. Rooms are large- we stayed in the family villa which had two bedrooms + kitchenette with hall with large day bed. Spacious sit out located outside the room with a wall fan. The bathroom is huge and clean. The toiletries are good quality and topped up on request. Breakfast had lots of interesting options and we stayed for a week. The eggs are available complimentary and a choice between boiled, scrambled and omelette. The room has adequate number of plug points and we had lots of space for storage. The kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. The safe needs to be locked with a key along with an electronic code. Room keys aren't swipe cards so a physical key needs to be carried. The gym was well equipped and had enough options to stay active. Would recommend this place based on its location if you plan to stay in the Lamai Beach area. Unfortunately no restaurant in the resort but we could get deliveries through Grab. Would definitely consider staying here as checkout is 12pm and check in is 2pm.

The property arranged for a pickup bus for 800 Baht. It was difficult to locate the driver at the arrival area but the hotel coordinated with the driver and ensured we could locate him. Maybe better to provide clear instructions to guests on where to wait for the driver. Photo of spot would help. Also the driver didn't offer any help with the luggage. We had 2 heavy suitcases and had to dodge traffic. The bus was not very clean and the aircon was strictly OK as the weather was pleasant. Better to take a taxi or opt for other pick up options. About 30mins to 40 mins approx 10kms, the hotel is located from the Koh Samui airport. Approx price to negotiate for alternate transport is approx 500 Baht.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of the action and considering how near it is to the noise it's not that bad.

The villas are on the ground and can have bugs there. Not anything major just small ones.

The location was great. Just a bit set back from the main road so seemed very peaceful but still very close to all the action and the beach. Pool was also excellent, pretty much had it to ourselves most days as the resort is quite small.

Would be great to have had 2 bathrooms, but we knew we didn't have that when we booked! Could have done with some more cupboard space in the main bedroom. The twin room had a wardrobe but that was where the teenagers slept!

Great location, breakfast great choices and well cooked food , pool amazing and really quiet room safe easy to use ,, staff really helpful

The lady who checked me in charged me in GBP despite the price showing in THB on the screen when I entered my PIN. Luckily I spotted this and asked them to refund and charge me again, or it would have resulted in it costing me 5 percent extra. The staff resolved the situation immediately but I did find it to be an underhand way to make extra money without agreement it’s a shame really because other than that everything was perfect

Located directly on the main road and only 5minutes by foot to a very nice beach (Lamai). The hotel is very well equipped (gym,swimming pool). The bed was gigantic (more than 2m wide) very good wifi.

Communication with the staff was not good! I had to double message every time to get answers and the taxi they booked to pick us up was late without notice (despite us calling them and messaging them but no answer) so we took another car and they kinda tried to blame it on us (but they didnt charge us in the end). Breakfast is not very tasty, really average. You do hear all the outside music from the rooms but not too much (earplugs should do).

Extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me, including arranging a scooter rental with ease. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the swimming pools were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended!

A minor inconvenience was that the water in the shower took quite a long time to get warm—sometimes minutes. This meant starting the day with cold showers if you didn’t have the patience to wait.
