Location was brilliant short walk to bars and restaurants, cleaner never knocked on my door once because l put my do not disturb sign out before going to bed and turned it round on my way to breakfast, when l got back from breakfast room had been cleaned every day, bed was soft and comfortable, shower was hot with temperature control that actually worked unlike many places I have stayed, will definitely stay there again next year, fully recommend it to anyone, obviously no pool but l personally don’t use hotel pools anywhere.

There was nothing to complain about all good

Surprisingly good. Ticked all of the boxes. Very clean room, larger than expected, nice bed, nice balcony, a bunch of stuff like wifi, cable TV, and refrigerator that I didn't use. Room smelled fresh. Great natural light. The price was great given the location and peak season. On a quiet street, a couple of minutes walk from Lamai Beach and commercial centre. The manager was pleasant, direct, and straight forward. Passport, money, keys, done. Doesn't look like much from outside, and it's by no means a high end offering, but they've nailed the basics. Wish I could've stayed for longer but they were booked out.

no swimming pool but was ok beach was only minutes away to walk to other than that nothing else

Nice spacious room with aircon, fridge and some view. Mine was exactly like on the photos. Bathroom was clean. For the price I m totally satisfied.

The staff cleaned daily. I needed to work so they brought a desk and chair into the room to accommodate me. Tons of natural light in the corner room. Close to the beach but tucked away.

There's a bit of a smell coming from the drain but went away once covered with a cloth. The local rooster could be an issue for a light sleeper.

What you see is what you get, fridge, nice space, good shot shower, good air con. Can’t complain

Not enough power points in room

A good place to stay at Lamai Beach for a good price. You can reach everything by foot very soon or take the pickup busses. But they are very expensive in my opinion.
