Location is good, right on the beach. My room was on first floor, no elevator so make sure you request ground floor if walking difficulties. The room is basic, very comfortable, quiet. Balcony face the the other balconies so people can see through the room if curtains opened. Woke up to the sounds of birds and it was pleasant to have coffee on balcony. The restaurant on the beach is very pleasant however the food is very basic. There are a lot of restaurants around. ATM machine just across from the hotel. Grab is the application you need for taxi rides or food delivery. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Location, staff, room size, quiet for its location. Lamai is like a massive party street so the location is amazing if you are out for dinner, drinks or nightlife. You are 2 mins walk from the beach and nightlife. The hotel rents affordable motos as well.

No hot water and shower flooded often. It's Thailand so you don't always need a hot shower but when you do, you do! They tried to fix it but couldn't and there were no other rooms at the time. If it wasn't for this I would give it a nine.

clean & Tidy. Great Location. Cheap Scooter Rental with hotel 150 bhat a day. Go to Pig Island- AMAZING.

there were little bugs crawling around the headboard and side tables one night so we moved the bed away so they would stop climbing on the bed! Also the reception closes at 9pm and one night our toilet wouldn’t flush after this time so had to use reception toilet when needed. Wasn’t ideal!

Beautiful rooms, bed was great, balcony is huge, bathroom is big, fantastic location to everything and they rent bikes. Cheap laundry service across the road.

Water pressure on the shower was awful and only one big light in the bathroom. There needs to be a light for when you’re looking in the mirror, I did not shave here but if I did it would have been difficult due to the light.

The location is fantastic. On the beach and close to restaurants and shops. But yet very quiet. Two swimming pools. Sun beds. Very nice staff. Our second visit and an absolute favourite to come back to. Lamai beach has a very good choice of restaurants with all types of food.

The "usual" problem with sun beds being occupied at 6 in the morning, for use only in the late afternoon. Is there any solution this?? The shower could be better planned (not making the whole bathroom wet).

Excellent location in Lamai. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and right on the beach front. The room was cleaned very well everyday and ALL of the staff were very helpful , always smiling and very playful.

One little thing is the bed was ok , but maybe abit more softer would be nice.

Great location, within a minute the beach one way and town the other although quiet and peaceful.

The patio doors had a small gap so didn’t close completely although they locked so you could hear others around you in the mornings, we had some loud neighbours for part of our stay !
