My first stay in Thailand could not have been more wonderful – and I owe much of that to my host, Mr. Aong. From the very first moment he picked me up personally and warmly from the airport, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. His open, kind-hearted, and helpful nature made my stay an unforgettable experience. I especially appreciated his patience and thoughtfulness when he explained the most important things to me right at the beginning, including tips about riding a scooter, which is an essential part of getting around in Thailand. The accommodation itself deserves far more than the stated two stars. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and always solution-oriented. I was particularly impressed by the daily cleaning service. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean, but great attention was paid to small details, making me feel safe and well-cared-for at all times – even valuables could be left in the room without concern. The entire atmosphere of the stay reflected exceptional hospitality, where the guest is always the top priority. Mr. Aong and his team provide a level of professionalism and warmth that makes you feel not just like a guest but like a valued member of the family. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and especially Mr. Aong. Anyone looking for a stay with maximum comfort, loving care, and an extraordinarily welcoming atmosphere will find it here. The property is very well maintained and clean. You have beach access through the resort across the road. Great location with great food and coffee shops in walking distance. Loved the veranda. You can sit and enjoy watching the world go by.

If your a light sleeper then this place may not suit you as there are a few bars around.Plus you can also hear the traffic noise.

Loved everything about staying here. From meeting the lovely family who own the hotel, to the room and location. It’s in the quieter side of Lamai (except for a bar across the road) with direct access to the beach. The room was always clean and the furniture and fixtures in good shape. Shower was always hot, and a small balcony overlooking the street was a nice extension to a decent sized room. The location has little restaurants, a Muay Thai gym, and of course the beach across the road. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately there is a rather obnoxious bar across the road. Not the fault of the hotel owners, but something I found displeasing.

Great location with spacious rooms which were comfortable and well maintained. Rooms were cleaned daily which was good and there was tea/coffee outside for guests which you could help yourself too which was a nice touch. Staff were really helpful and you could tell they wanted to make sure your stay was as good as possible.

The property was just down the road from the main area, the only issue at times was the noise from the music outside at local bars.

- Wifi isn't very reliable - Noises from neighbours can be heard very easily, can hear talking, TV, furniture being moved. But in general it is a quiet place. - Shower is quite weak.

The family and staff was super nice, helpful and committed! Everything was very clean. The beach and delicious cafés are close by. I could have my laundry washed and in front of the door is an ATM.

The wfi / internet connection didn't really work....

Fabulous location in Lovely Lamai, which is a really nice respite from the busyness of Chaweng (which is also a fabulous). It's a family run business so lovely to support a family rather than a big company. They're all very lovely. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC, but it didn't matter.

The staff was so lovely and welcoming and helpful with helping us book trips and extend our stay, we arrived early and we was able to check in earlier aswell which was a big help. Close to the beach aswell which is nice. I would highly recommend this place to stay when in koh samui

Before booking, the staff were very helpful in showing me the various rooms available, and in the end I chose the lovely balcony room/s overlooking the main road. It's far enough from the main, lively area of Lamai but close enough for a short walk there. This family run hotel provides complimentary coffee, hot water etc in a nice little communal area upstairs (and perhaps elsewhere). They also allowed my rented bicycle to be kept downstairs in the little lobby area, where it was safe. I would stay here again if in the Lamai area. Thanks staff - sorry for the late review!
