We have been to Koh Samui many times over the years and stayed at some really good places. This time all the previous good places were either fully booked or had raised their prices too high so having read good reviews about this place we decided to give it a try. We are definitely not disappointed - it was the best place we had stayed on Koh Samui. It ticked every box: Close to the beach Has a pool Good location Great & friendly staff Has a good, reasonably priced restaurant with efficient staff that speak good English. On our next visit we will most likely stay here again. K & A, Sweden/ England

If we have one small ”complaint” it is that we would have liked our bed to be a bit softer, but nothing big enough to deter us from coming back.

Literally next to the best beach in Samui, especially if you like swimming. Lovely staff, good massage near the beach and near plenty of amenities.

Great room with a beautiful pool view and balcony (the photo is what we saw from our balcony). 20 minute walk to the Lamai night market which had some cheap food and stands selling things etc. Few minute walk to the beach. Our room had a TV with YouTube, Netflix and phone casting (had some problems with connecting but still managed to make use of it and it’s better than any other TV we’ve experienced abroad so very grateful and happy to have it regardless. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels if you put the sign on your door. Very comfortable bed. The lady at the front desk was very nice, she helped us book a taxi to the pier and answered all our questions.

Central location in Lamai; very close to the beach. Spacious room, comfortable bed & nice swimming pool. Puk, the owner/manager, was friendly & helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach. Puk’s husband, Piya, has a very nice restaurant beside the beach. I ate some very tasty Thai food there. I enjoyed my stay at Samui Seabreeze Place and highly recommend it. It’s an authentic well-established hotel and very good value for money.

The property was fantastic, the owner is so kind and we felt welcomed from the moment that we arrived. The pool is great and the room comfortable, and it is 1 minute walk from the beach through their sister property, which is ran by the owner's husband, who was extremely kind and welcoming as well. They have a restaurant at the sister property and the food was fantastic. Our family will be back for sure.

I have travelled the world but never experienced hospitality like this ❤️. Beer and Puk are brilliant hosts.. We stayed in the beautiful hotel rooms by the pool but they also have sweet bungalows at the beach. Plus Beer runs the restaurant they have there.. I really enjoyed dawn swims from the hotel beach every morning to watch the sunrise.. The hotel restaurant is excellent..5+ and everywhere is extremely clean..

Bo, the receptionist was fantastic! So kind and helpful, she has very good English to communicate and answer any questions or help with trip bookings! The bungalows across the road by the beach is owned by Bo’s husband which we were allowed to use the sun loungers, restaurant and other hotel amenities as they are both run by the same family. We couldn’t have asked for more from Bo. You can rent motorbikes directly from the hotel, the pool was nice and clean and the room had everything we needed! :)

The bed is a little bit hard which we found it uncomfortable especially the first night, the little lizards like to wake during the night and make noise in the room but there’s nothing to help that :)

The building could use some maintenance but it is ok.

The room was extremely clean with a good working fridge, very comfortable bed and good shower. The AC was also great. The location is also good because of close proximity to the beach, restaurants and little shops. The best thing about our stay was the woman owner. She was the kindest and most helpful hotel owner we’ve come across. She gave us advice on where to eat and go and also arranged our transfer to the port for us. She was genuinely really sweet and made our stay ever better!

The location of the hotel is excellent. On the main road but away from noise and busyness. The hotel had everything one needed for a quality budget stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom but it wasn't much of a big deal.
