My stay at Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is a gorgeous boutique retreat, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with impeccable style and attention to detail. The design of the entire property feels thoughtful and refined, creating a sense of relaxation the moment you arrive. Staff: The staff here is truly outstanding—attentive, dedicated, and committed to making your stay unforgettable. Their service is warm, personal, and they go out of their way to ensure every guest feels cared for. Private Beach: One of the highlights of the hotel is the private beach, which is accessible only to hotel guests. This adds an extra layer of exclusivity and tranquility, making it the perfect spot to relax without crowds. Swimming Pool: The pool is located right by the beach, spacious, and incredibly inviting. The pool staff is always on hand, setting up lounge chairs, offering cold water, and handing out refreshing cool towels, adding a luxury touch to the experience. Breakfast: The breakfast here is outstanding, with a special juice bar where you can enjoy freshly squeezed juices made on the spot. Every aspect of the breakfast is carefully curated, and the overall experience is delightful. A miracle in Thongsai Bay: My girlfriend and I went kayaking, and upon return, I found I had dropped my phone. The hotel staff then went out to snorkel and after I had all but given up, got a call in my room that the phone was found! And still working! I can not believe that they were able to find the phone in the ocean. This miracle just topped off what was already an incredible experience with pleasant staff, Mark, the hotel manager and more. From the secluded private beach to excellent breakfast to private pool villa, we will definitely be returning again to Garrya Thongsai Bay for our 3rd visit!

Very good hotel. Nice styled rooms, nice view from the balcony, very pleasant atmosphere. Motivated employees and clean private beach (hotel takes care of it daily and it is a pleasant place to stay). I had absolutely amazing relaxing time. It is a paradise. Very nice breakfast and swimming pool. Everything is very quiet and relaxed and hotels guests are kind of "selected" due to price so you will enjoy their non disturbing presence. For a night live adventures a trip to fisherman's village or Chaveng with Grab app is around 12-15 Eur and takes 20 minutes. Massage in hotel is expansive but it is absolutely charming atmosphere soI liked it.

- location, not easy to get tuk-tuk or taxi by your self. But it is easy to arrange transportation by hotel or by using grab app.

We had a really wonderful stay at Garrya Tongsai Bay. Breakfast was excellent with a huge buffet choice and eggs cooked to order. We loved the fresh fruit wellness smoothies. We very much enjoyed the beach barbecue night at Fish Tales - a vast spread of seafood, sushi, salads and delicious steak. Lovely touches by the pool such as cold towels and chilled water and we loved having complimentary use of the paddle boards, kayaks and hobie cat. The staff throughout the property were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The sand on the beach is quite course grain rather than sugary soft sand. This didn't worry us but its something to be aware of. Having a beach that is private for hotel guests more than makes up for this.

The service and the staff were excellent. I really cannot imagine better service and personnel. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive and had big smiles on their faces. Everything was thought out, there was even a shower and changing room to use after checking out for people with later flights.

The sea was a bit dirty and it was quite difficult to swim as it was quite deep and there were big waves but I guess there is nothing the hotel can do about this

Our stay at Garrya for our honeymoon was phenomenal! From the staff, to the amazing high quality food, and the location, it is world class. We stayed here for 7 nights and wish we had stayed more. We chose Garrya for its values of sustainability and community, and we were absolutely blown away by how amazing everything else that came with it was! We would highly recommend to all our family and friends, and we’re already talking about another trip. I have seen a lot of comments regarding the location - it’s a very short trip into town and transport is very affordable. For us personally, we valued the privacy and seclusion of the property location more, and valued the fact that you could swim without having others approach you like we experienced at the nearby beaches in town. We felt extremely safe at all times at Garrya, and felt that the staff were really well looked after by the property which makes you feel happy. We will definitely be back :)

Amazing service by professional team of the hotel. Very attentive, very helpful and friendly. Very kind and caring people at all levels. Large green private territory with private beach, which guarantees tranquility and privacy. Perfect clean beach. Not impacted by low tides Very good activities program. Overpriced but still great spa. Lucy (if i recall her name correctly) was amazing: one of the best massage treatments i have ever had.

Renovated, but still outdated facilities and rooms. Rooms require serious renovation, particularly the air ventilation and AC systems (currently there are none). First two days our rooms were so humid, that all surfaces were literally wet. Disappointing food quality at lunch/dinner. We tried 2 of 3 restaurants, and all left disappointed and hungry every time (bad meat quality full of cartilages, tasteless cocktails, mild tom yam, “whitened” thai food if i may say so) + we had to to wait +30 mins for food after placing the order every single time).

We had the immense pleasure of staying at Garrya Koh Samui, and everything was truly perfect from start to finish. The hotel is a stunning oasis, nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings, with elegant, contemporary architecture that blends seamlessly with the spirit of the island. The service was nothing short of exceptional — every member of the team went above and beyond, anticipating our every need with genuine warmth and discreet professionalism. From the impeccable welcome to the luxurious rooms, the exquisite cuisine, and the serene spa… every detail was flawless. A very special thank you to Miley, whose incredible dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made our wedding absolutely magical. Thanks to her, every moment was orchestrated perfectly, allowing us to enjoy an experience that went beyond all our dreams. Miley was truly the heart and soul of our celebration, and we will be forever grateful to her. A beautiful, secluded bay with its own sandy beach. Convenient to peace and tranquility. It feels like you are alone on the beach. The hotel itself consists of secluded villas in a tropical garden. Large territory with a magnificent garden. Gorgeous breakfasts! Mrs. Pa, at the fruit stop, was excellent. Always greets you with smiles and songs! Overall, it was a wonderful holiday.

Our check-in upon arrival at the hotel was spoiled. It was disconcerting, but the hotel manager, Mr. Manuel Lang, immediately resolved the misunderstanding that had arisen. It should be noted that he very closely monitors the coordinated work of the entire hotel complex.
