Outstanding breakfast buffet including local thai food, very good coffee beverages and excellent inhouse pastries. Great design (restaurants, bars, pool area, rooms). Amazing view from balcony with ocean view. Very friendly and good housekeeping. Very good gym with modern equipment (cardio area & weights area) as well as good sports classes (e.g. yin yoga) / watersports activities. Not used but noted: Great offers for family with little kids.

Closet too small for two persons. Noisy due to open bathroom concept (swingdoor) - limited privacy and possibillity to wake up. Dinner portions are quite small especially in half board.

Brand new, maintained to AA+++ standard. Very comfortable rooms Good air-con system supplemented by ceiling fans. Comfortable couches everywhere even on the balcony. Beautiful garden views from the balcony. The infinity pool overlooking an idyllic beach. The staff are soooo friendly and ready to deal with any special requests. The breakfast menu is simply outstanding. The extra free offerings such as evening cocktails, beach activities, modern 24-hr access sauna, steam room and gym. There are at least 3 superb restaurants on site. The icing on the cake is to come back to your room in the evening to find it cleaned, the bed prepared for the night with a little goodnight note, bottle of water and a little naughty snack.

The hotel’s structure is truly exceptional – from the entrance, to the pool area, and the private beachfront. The staff was extremely friendly, providing us with an unforgettable experience from the very first day. Upon arrival, we were gifted a bracelet containing sand from the beach in front of the hotel, along with a personal check-in and a detailed explanation of the services. Every single detail was carefully attended to. Each evening, before going to sleep, we received a small bedtime treat accompanied by a thoughtful message or dedication. Truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Gorgeous hotel, probably our favourite that we visited this trip on the island - will definitely be coming back The pool area is gorgeous Busy beach which is fun to walk around and explore with lots of massages everywhere. We also had a drink and watched a fire show on the beach nearby in the evening. The staff are lovely and friendly A special shout-out to the loveliest girl we met in reception who helped us check-in: Pam. She was so accommodating and kind to us, even went out of her way to get something for me from the shop that I needed! She is a great asset to the hotel. The garden villa room is the one to stay in for sure - beautiful sunbathing area, large swimming pool, spacious room, outdoor and indoor shower, bright bathroom, chrome cast on tv which allowed us to connect our phone and Netflix to, portable speaker. Modern trendy interior and layout which was beautiful!

most honestly I'm trying to think of what to say about this most perfect hotel. It has everything you need and more the breakfast is perfect the staff are completely helpful in just want what is best for you. They helped us so much with arranging things and really they just cared and this is what I want when I reserve a five star hotel. There was also some incident which they took full responsibility of and this shows me it's a place I can trust and I will definitely most certainly come there again. Make an effort to try the morning yoga and stretches, the beach dinner, visit the 5:00 drink, enjoy the little presents in your room every day and so much more. Everything was so clean and so welcoming, really if you want to have the perfect vacation this is the place

The staff and service was wonderful, food was fresh, well presented and tasty. Room was large and very clean with pool access. Beach sports available on the beach with other restaurants to try. Day spa was very relaxing.

There were many toddlers and little children resulting in lots of noise Rooms are well insulated for noise of the room next to you, however the noise of toddlers running and yelling in the rooms above you was not great late at night. We were not expecting so many young kids - I would highly recommend for young families.

It’s perfect for all kinds of family. We traveled with a young baby, 1 yr old, all the facilities are so close to each other. There is a pool under every single building, gym is literally opposite to kids club, and the kids club is so amazing, absolutely the highlight of our stay. It’s super modern, full of thoughtful toys and activities. The staff are super attentive, always ensure kids safety first and they try their best to provide thoughtful engagement with all the kids. Love the restaurant as well. We tried many other local restaurants, they are indeed cheaper but the hotel’s got the best quality food. A big thanks to all the staff they were super personal, helpful and super friendly to all of us and our baby. We had a wonderful time! Will definitely come back again if we are back in samui again. Wait, did I mention about the breakfast?! It was amazing! Both varieties and qualities are top notch!

The private beach part is a bit rocky, so had to walk in, especially for young children. And the sand is less fine compared to the southern part of the beach. However it’s so easily to walk down to get finer sandy beach. There are a bit mosquitos on site, recommend to bring repellents and maybe hotel can do something more to it. The room tidy up is amazing, we leave a huge mass everyday with the baby throwing everything on a the ground. But cleaning can be improved, such as wiping all the surfaces. And coffee supplies wasn’t consistent.

This is heaven on earth, absolutely stunning hotel, everything was perfect! beach and swimming pool are amazing, the whole hotel area is beautiful, great kids room, tasty breakfasts (both a la carte and buffet), the stuff was very nice and friendly, the room was huge and very well designed. every day the hotel staff brought some tiny sweet surprises with a note and it was so cute! the restaurant (Fish) was pricy but their Tuna Tartar was the best we’ve ever ate. Really , that was the best hotel in Thailand by far! btw there is a massage place called Anna’s, the closest to the hotel, and she was really the best we experienced. other massages on the street were pretty bad.

the spa was extremely expensive for Thailand, it just doesn’t make any sense. but as I wrote very much recommended Anne’s massage close to the hotel, they make home made coconut oil and Anna is super professional.
