The Manager and his wife were perfect hosts, Thank you for your kindness and help. The room is basic, but sufficient. AC, shower with hot water, very good cleaning. Everyday fresh water and fresh towels, also a beach towel. The kitchen is really one of the best on the island. Enough sunbeds. Very fair price.

It was good, but please buy some new towels, it’s not nice to get a towel with big holes in it.

Great location! It’s literally on the beach front. The rooms are clean, fresh water delivered to your room daily and your sheets and towels replaced and room cleaned every second day. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it’s got a lovely relaxed vibe. Perfect if you’re looking for a value-for-money stay!

One of the bars right next door on the beach has some parties (presumably on a Friday night) and the bass made it impossible to sleep one night. It was only one night though and that’s probably more about me being too old to party! 😎

Well located next to the beach, 5 minute walk up the road to the main Cheongmon road with a 7 Eleven, good value for money, staff all very friendly, laundry service was useful.

Rooms are a little dated, coffee and water was not always stocked daily. We ate once in the restaurant and found the wait times to be quite long and the food to be average. However overall we were very impressed with the property and thought it was excellent value for money.

The locations is PHENOMENAL! It’s right on the beach!! The restaurant is also wonderful, great food and very reasonably priced. The hospitality was AMAZING!!! The staff were so sincere and really helped make your stay wonderful. We had an early tour before the restaurant opened but they went out of their way to pack a breakfast for us. They also helped with organizing transport to our next island.

The room was tucked away with a small window and not much natural light. The plug sockets didn’t work well and often sparked! No toilet paper was allowed in the toilet and even then it blocked up constantly. A dark and uninviting room.

Stayed for 16 nights, our first trip to Koh Samui - Family run bungalows with beach front restaurant with a varied menu and great value - owners and staff very friendly. Large room with big comfortable bed (bungalow V2) excellent value for money

a step away from the beach

the beach is facing a stony part if the swimming area so you have to really be careful not to get cuts on your feet by going around the sandy part. it is also bery close to the bar and if you don’t like noise and sound coming from the bar you have to ask them to lower the sound. The food is expensive so we had to go out to the main road to eat cheap. It is also far away from the main pier back to the mainland so be ready to hire songteaw which will be costly if you don’t know the real price. we opt to rent a bike because it is very far from the Central Samui

waiter staff don’t understand menu for ordering hour for food to come out chicken skewer satay 4 pieces of chicken with chilli sauce. thought it was a salad skewer dish. her proud a Sauce kid cap out with peanut sauce. asked for fries he took 30 mins to bring them out in empty restaurant night before chicken green curry came full bowl of large veg and 4 pieces chicken on top I’m not vegi !! the menu choice is bland snacks and burgers pizzas be great.

Great location right on the beach. Restaurant and bar had good food at affordable prices. Close to main road with scooter hire, 7/11, ATM, cafe and restaurants close by.

The mattress is not so great but for the price it is expected.

The room is simple and basic, but very clean. The staff, Tom, was always helpful and running around all the time. It is by the beautiful beach and in a short walk, we can see beautiful sunrise.
