The Suite, in terms of size and interior furniture and the view over the sea were breathtaking. The swimming pools were huge, really huge and all extremely proper and well maintained, except the little beach.

There was no bar or anything around the swimming pools or at the beach. We were completely alone without even staff who would ask regularly if you like to drink something. Near the hotel is simply nothing - no possibility to go out for a snack or dinner outside the hotel on your own - other than using a car and drive to Lamai or Chaweng ( 30 Minutes). The beach was disappointing. After having complaint 3 times it was cleaned each morning. But the beach is much too small without the possibility to walk. Bulk of rubbish laying on the right and left side to the beach.... plastics etc

The resort is amazing! Spacious family apartment with beautiful modern design. Amazing pools and gym, access to the sea shore. One staff member helped us a lot with car rental, proposing an option we weren’t aware of. Nice breakfast.

The location is very problematic. There’s nothing bear the hotel, not even 7-eleven. You can do absolutely nothing without a taxi or a rented car. Some of the staff wasn’t very helpful and didn’t speak english very well. After asking for a towel I was sent to look for it near the pool. There’re 3 pools, only one if them has towels. The hotel doesn’t offer laundry service, the washing mashine ant the clothes dryer in the apartment don’t work very well and have to be stopped manually. Doing the laundry during our stay was a little bit of a nightmare.

The suite was incredible! It was a lot bigger than we were expecting, with everything we needed. It was cleaned on a daily basis, and everywhere was spotless. The view of the ocean from our balcony was beautiful. The hotel was fairly quiet whilst we were there and had the pool and Beachfront to ourselves most of the time. The staff couldn't do enough for us. It is about a 30-minute walk to the closest 7/11 and we didn't have any transport, so one of the lovely receptionist let us order on their app and we had our items delivered to our door within 30 minutes. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, and their dinner menu had both Western & and Thai food, which was nice to switch between!

The beach is very small and, like others have said, is full of washed-up rubbish. But, the water is lovely, and when the tide is out, you can walk on the rocks in both directions along the shore front. It is a distance from anything else, so suggest transport if you want to go out anywhere.

The room was amazing, a great apartment by the sea with spectacular views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They prepared special vegan food for us for breakfast, and for dinner when we stayed in the room. They helped us book excursions and cleaned the room spotless every day. We loved the place especially because we felt alone just our family, yet well taken care of by the staff. Swimming in the sea is great in the afternoon when the bay fills with more water. In the morning you can dip in the sea. We also loved swimming in the clean pools. We rented a car at the airport because of the secluded location which made our holiday absolutely perfect because we could go everywhere, and come back to the beautiful location.

The staff was very friendly. Very nice reception, we even had the opportunity to check in early. Everything you need to relax is there. Gym and sauna are absolutely quiet and clean. The pool area is a dream. From the rooms you have a wonderful view. Breakfast was definitely sufficient and there was something for everyone. And the best thing is that the complex is illuminated by sunshine all day long.

Without a car or scooter it will not be easy to get to restaurants and activities from there. There is nothing within walking distance (But there is plenty of peace and good room service and the option to rent scooters at the hotel as well as a shuttle). The sea has not super big waves, but ebbs and flows, so a lot of dirt, grime and rubbish ends up on the beach. I don't know whether the beach is cleaned up daily or regularly. But without all the garbage you can enjoy the beach and walk along it in the afternoon (ebb time).

The staff was excellent, very friendly. Service was fast and on point. It was beautiful and clean. Very quiet event though there were families. Couldn't here them. When there was a problem with our room on check in. The immediately gave us a new room. The pools and beach access was wonderful.

I feel that for the price, they should offer more free water. They do give you 4 bottles a day but you have to pay afterwards. No way to fill up a bottle. Cheapest option was to order deliver and that means more plastic.

Friendly and helpful staff, grounds are well maintained and clean, multiple pools available, small private beach to swim in sea, beautiful rooms with big windows, AC was optimal, showers had great pressure, kitchen well equipped and washing machine and dryer were also available in the unit and breakfast was delicious. Restaurant had reasonable prices and meals that were succulent. And the resort provided a daily free shuttle to Lamai and to Central.

Pool towels were hard to find at times.

We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment and were impressed at how spacious it was, the living room and balcony were great social spaces and the rooms were very comfortable. The multiple pools were clean and great way to spend the day.

The location is remote but we were aware before booking and the facilities and apartments make up for it. It’s easy to arrange transportation to other parts of the island either through the resort shuttle service or taxis.

Incredibly spacious and comfortable room - everything felt modern and high-quality. The size definitely exceeded our expectations. The view looking out to the ocean over the swimming pools was stunning.

The only significant downside was the location. While it was nice to be in a quiet, secluded corner of the island with a beautiful view, there was no cafes, bars, restaurants or other attractions within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Location is lovely, rooms amazing and pools great. Everything is clean, staff are lovely. Amazing massages.

Only real con to this is the food is super average. We were here recovering as my partner had been unwell and needed to rest so we ate room service or at the hotel the whole time and every time it was not great. I would recommend getting grab. Also it is really far away from the main tourist attractions so just be aware of that but it wasn’t an issue for us
