We had a wonderful stay here .we are pensioners and found the hill to the resort taxing. It's fine for younger people. We were aware when we booked it.as we stayed here 13 years ago. Obviously not as fit as we thought. L.o.l. I would recommend pick up from the airport as it's much cheeper than the taxis.

Very nice area away from the busy places, pool was very nice and relaxing and not busy at all.

We had to change our room in the night due to window being broke, we didn’t feel comfortable with staying in the room due to the window being big and right above our bed, we got bite by mosquitos a lot due to gaps in the door. We asked for our room to be cleaned one day however was not and our bedding and sheets were left outside our room for us to change. Didn’t see many staff during the day and no one was at reception for the majority of the time we were there.

It’s a pretty property with a nice pool. It’s small enough that oftentimes we had the pool to ourselves. There are 2 hammocks. They offer motorbike rentals. It’s nice that it’s up on the hill, off the main road for noise purposes. There’s a convenience store at the bottom of the hill. A nice Italian restaurant is just across the street. It’s a short drive to everything you’d need.

The staff here is super friendly and it’s more like being with the family. Incredible supportive and helpful. The place is clean (daily cleaning), beds are comfortable and great food in the restaurant. Thank you for everything and we hope to see you soon

Lovely clean comfortable bungalow with a really nice pool right outside the door. Sea views on the horizon. Short walk to 24hr shops, laundromat, and a few nice restaurants (excellent italian pizza and pasta directly across the road at pizza cats). The hosts are really friendly and even dropped us to our next stay on samui for a price cheaper than the taxis in the area.

Very pleasant hotel off the main road and up a hill, set in a residential area but still very lush and green surroundings. Very helpful staff and owners, who had recently bought the place and were busy upgrading. I didn’t use the pool, but it always looked sparkling, and the restaurant had a nice seating area. There was a small view of sea from the balcony. The location is a little south of Lamai, but still close to town and not far from the beach, restaurants and other scenic spots.

Nothing not to like. Furniture was a bit rustic, heavy and not comfortable in the room. Shower was not always hot, due to the wall heater dial being broken. But I can see the new owners have done a lot of work and have plans to fix and upgrade, so those few things cannot take away from the hotel being really nice as is overall.

Location slightly off the main road and into the hills, but walkable in 10 minutes to main Road & supermarket. Songthaews pass on the main road regularly to take you around the island. The pool area was a nice place to relax after a day of exploration. A nice menu is available all day including breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The place is freshly re-did in a solid way and is cozy 💯The kind of place where you don't notice time passes by. The family vibe is welcoming, owners are beautiful open hearted people 😇 Vlad, would love to get back to see your metal beauty ;) hope she'll make a safe trip to the island

We received a very warm welcome here, despite booking at the last minute. Both hosts are super lovely people who were uncomplicated and professional. The complex is well maintained and you want for nothing. The scooter rental is right on site. A clear recommendation if you are staying on koh samui. Thank you very much!

the staff were exceptional - the gentleman at reception was very nice and incredibly helpful. the room was a good size and had a very comfortable bed! you could leave the air con on whilst going out which was great!!

there were some ants in the room which is properly difficult to change given the older nature of the rooms. the property is about 30 minutes from Lamai town on foot down a busy dual carriageway. there is also a steep hill right outside the property but it is definitely worth the stay if you don’t mind a walk or you are confident on a scooter.
