The place was amazing! From the staff to the amazing apartment that we got! The service was great, always here to help and with big smile ! They welcomed us, took our bags to the room and surprised us with flowers and music at the apartment ! The location was very good and quiet and with a great see view from the balcony and the rooms! We were upgraded to better apartments with private pool, big space ! We really loved everything! great value for money!

I really loved everything but for the residents good I would say that they could fix the decoration and the color on the wall next to the pool..the place is beautiful and it’s the little things that can make it even more beautiful ! One last thing, the hill to the hotel is little bit hard to walk but it’s not the residents fault + the house is so fun and worth it that you don’t want to leave!

Clean, quiet and a delightful view of the bay. The staff were exceptional and friendly. We would stay here again as there was a group of 8 people and it suited us perfectly.

Just needs a bit of love a care.For example a lick of paint on the outside of the building, and new shade umbrellas on the patios. Always book the cab to the hotel via the property as on a steep hill .If you book via the property they will take your luggage to your accommodation.

room was spacious and looked like the photos, had everything we could need, the view from the balcony was amazing and tv had netflix which was a nice treat :) we walked everywhere and the hill every review other review mentions is steep but pretty short, most of the rooms are located a minute walk away from the main reception so whenever we went out we skipped 3/4 of the hill going and coming anyway so it is not as big of a problem

could have done with cleaning and fresh towels more often we stayed for 5nights and it got cleaned once on the 4th day, however the overall cleanliness of the place was good. there’s a fair few geckos around the property grounds and one or two times little ones got in our room however they were pretty cute and completely docile and we got them out without much hassle

We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was delightful. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The owner's warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. The premises are stunning, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with a beautiful view of Lamai Sea and hills from the terrace. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with a convenient kitchenette. The inclusion of a smart TV and strong WiFi made our stay even more enjoyable. The luxurious feel of the rooms, along with bidets in the toilets, added to the overall comfort. Housekeeping every 4 days ensured a neat and tidy environment. For convenience, laundry services are available down the slope, and various stores like 7/11, Makro, and Mini C are nearby. However, it's worth noting that the residence is situated on top of a steep slope, which may be challenging for older or less fit individuals. A bike or car is recommended to navigate the slope. Despite this downside, our overall experience was positive, and we highly recommend this residence for a pleasant stay. P.S: M.A. travel is available nearby down the slope and they offer bikes on rent and tours at affordable rates. The staff are friendly and quick to assist.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the penthouse appartment. Everything was clean, spacious and the view was amazing. We knew the apartments are on the hill. We walked it about twice a day and it was fine. No hill no view. If we ever come back to Samui we would stay here again. Water was also provided for us. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. Ask for organizing airport taxi and they will help.

A very comfortable place for an extended stay. We had a room with a separate bedroom. It was clean. NOT stinky of sewage in the bathroom or mould. Plenty of towels. Kitchen with some basic kitchenware as well as a microwave. Exceptional southern-side balcony with a view over the ocean and palm trees. You can also conveniently rent a reasonably-priced scooter right at the reception.

The hotel is situated upon quite a steep hill however the views you get from are amazing. We stayed in the villa with a pool and it did not disappoint. The sun loungers were good and pool towels are provided. The pool was lovely however the water did warm up so at times wasn’t as refreshing as hoped however this was no big issue as the weather was really warm. More than spacious inside the villa with all 3 rooms having en-suites.

We were only there two nights but we could have stayed longer due to the size and the amenities available in the villa. The pool was deeper and bigger than it looked and was lovely to soak in. The property was south facing so we had the sun on it all day which was amazing

Slightly dated, could do with a lick of paint, however overall we were impressed by its general layout and appearance. The location was abit out of the way and not very well lite when walking back. Be aware of the short steep hill leading up to the villa

in the first appartment we booked, we had (probably mouse / rats) in the roof so we couldn't sleep as they were really annoying loud during the night, but it was no problem to switch rooms and than it was really a super stay
