The staff was very very kind and helpful although some of them struggled with English but they still tried. The location was great for a relaxing holiday at the beach. There is also free shuttle to Lamai night market. The rooms are big and comfortable.The beach was almost empty at times so it’s very relaxing.

The pictures don’t mirror the current situation the hotel is in. Although there are renovations at the hotel there are still parts that needs to be repaired. But once it’s ready it will look nice🙃

The room is very large and the staff is very friendly. They even have recommendations on where to go. Beach is only a few steps away and near a massage place.

The toilet doesn't have a water hose.

Staff very helpful in helping arrange transport (car hire and scooter rental) and providing information on tours. Spacious room- balcony with sea view- need to be able to climb steps as no elevator at this time. Buffet breakfast was limited. Hotel is currently having some renovations which didn't disrupt our stay. Lovely pool area overlooking beautiful Lamai beach (quiet location). Pool service for drinks and snacks. Able to walk to restaurants along beach or a 1.5km walk into town along road.

Quite modern and very clean property Excellent breakfast (you can order eggs to be cooked as scrambled, omelette, fried + it has variety of bacon, sausage, vegetables and fruits, bakery) It has both pool and sun beds on the beach Prophecy provides beach bag, beach towels.

Location: it's quite far from the Lamai center. It takes 20 min to go along the beach or 30 min if you go along the road There are huge and many stones in the water. Not very comfortable to swim It doesn't have hair drier

There was some minor maintenance ongoing. This is necessary and understandable. The only issue for us was that the fitness room was closed during our stay. We also found that the restaurant prices were a little high. We would have eaten there more often had they been a bit lower.

This is such a calm resort, perfect location on a great beach!! Rooms are large with comfy beds. The cleaning staff does a great job!!! Good water pressure in the shower with enough hot water. AC works great! Fair amount of restaurants around, easy to take a taxi och "local bus" to central Lamai or Chaweng. 7/11 just a few minutes away, and a huge supermarket about 8-10 by foot. We are so happy we extended the stay...

Bit dated. We didn’t have our rooms next to each other. But we were on the same level. Breakfast only started at 0800

Could be very nice if the restaurant had better vegetarian options on the menu :) And it would be nice to have more than one keycard. The aircondition pointed right at the bed and it was way to much even at the lowest mode.

Great location set right at the beach. You have most of the things you need nearby, and what you lack is just a short cab drive away. It was calm and clean, and the staff were great. Really comfortable beds.
