Exceptional pool area, with small bar for all your food and drinks while lazing around the pool. Right in front of the beach so we could dip in the ocean, then dip in the pool, several times during the day. Pool is nice , on the larger size so plenty of room. Overlooks the beautiful Lamai Beach. The Hotel is at one end of the Main “walking strip” so you can go for a stroll when bored. Very happy with location.

The hotel is no longer in its prime, didn't bother me at all however older hotels usually have the same problems like air cons breaking down occasionally. Ours stopped working but was immediately fixed by staff. Thank-you. The pool and location made my trip awesome and I would definitely rebook. Perfect mix of price for location, actually prefer this spot over the busier Chaweng just felt more relaxing even though I do like to party. If you can bag a ground floor garden/pool view room then you are in for a 5 star hotel feel at 3 star pricing.

We really loved our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated, grass is nice, pool is great and clean, the beach access is awesome. The staff is super friendly and kind. The whole property is beautiful but does need some maintenance. It really wouldn’t take much to elevate the experience. Beds were a bit hard but honestly pretty comfortable, especially loved the soft fluffy pillows that felt like you’re sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast on some days was better than others but overall pretty good. Had fresh fruit, an egg station where they make you eggs. They had really good French toast and pancakes. The bacon was bad, like chewing on a piece of leather. They had good coffee and even had Thai milk tea in the machine. There was a salad bar and breads with jams. The breakfast was decent. The pool was nice, and had options to get a massage near it. They had an area to get ice cream and drinks. Our room had a big balcony with a sea view, amazing. Great location , walking distance to shops and even a small night market with great food options. Staying here was way better than fisherman’s village, which is super touristy, loud and overpriced. The hotel also has great massage places nearby. Overall we lived our stay, would highly recommend it.

The WiFi was brutal! It was soooo bad. We needed it for work and could barely send an email. It was extremely frustrating. That and the room had only two outlets for four people in the room. It was impossible to even plug in just our phones. These issues could be so easily resolved by getting better internet in the hotel and offering even a power bar to offer more outlets for guests that need it. They do offer body wash but they put the same thing in shampoo and body wash bottles. Would be such an easy thing to offer shampoo, body wash and conditioner, all separately. Our room had a shower that was bad. There was rust on the door and it wouldn’t close. Again, such an easy fix and would make the overall feel of the property so much better.

good beach, very friendly staff! Everything we asked to fix in the room was fixed the same day! Very spacious room right on the beach with direct acsess to the sea and private sunbeds. Do not expect luxury (we read the reviews and knew what to expect) - you will be happy with the room. Nice territory and the hotel lobby.

We came 1 hour earlier then the check-inn time and were told to wait as the room was not ready. which would be totally OK if it was true. We sat 1 hour right in front the room entrance, and no hotel staff entered or left the room during that time. At 14.00 oclock we got the keys to the room. We had to ask the staff to fix the balcony door and the air conditioner that did not work when we arrived. The aircon in the bedroom blows strait to the bed, and it smells like it is time to get it cleaned. We ended up sleeping in the daybed because of that. Breakfast - all the other reviews are right about that)

Very nice hotel right on the beach close to many bars and restaurants. I booked it late so might havevpaid a premium price. Pool very nice, previous reviews had said it was dated but i thought it was nice. Everyone can pick fault with something, but it was clean bed comfortable and nice bathroom.

The hotel doesn't have a lift. The first room we had was on the second floor. The second as we had to move was on the first floor and as previous reviews had said the air con was noisy and no adjustment on the fan.

Great location! Beachfront hotel and not too busy. Great for the family. Excellent daily room clean service and fridge refill. Great buffet breakfast too with egg station. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Room decor a little outdated, but that didn't affect our holiday at all!!! Would prefer a few more plug outlets but we had 2 main ones in the room.

The hotel is located directly on the beach and offers its own sun loungers for sunbathing, the restaurant in the house is a big plus because we drank coconut water all the time. The center is nearby about 5min walk. A quiet place, perfect for relaxing.

For some reason the roof window was uncovered so that mosquitoes and other animals could get in which worried us, but we have to say that when we reported this in the evening the receptionist immediately went up to the roof and covered it. Thank you

Has a lovely beach which we swam in most days. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff were always available and helpful. Location was great with walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Wifi was not very good. But we came for the resort and relaxing so not a game changer for me.

I love this property. It was traditionally decorated, but so beautiful. Our room was spacious and always cleaned with fresh towels as needed. The pool and beach area was exceptional. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend this hotel and I’d go back any day.

Some Aircon in some rooms is old and slow running but they regassed it and gave us a fan in case it dropped.and was fine for rest of the stay.

Nice resort next to the beach. Lamai beach is great, long sandy and beautiful balanced between crowdy and quiet beach. The pool is nice, the room was big and comfortable. Nice location, not to far from main street and restaurants.

Well, the room was little bit dark, not much light there but in general ok.
