Fantastic view. Amazing staff. They even brought a mattress topper to put on my bed to make it more comfortable. The staff brought me a bucket of ice and wheat bread when I was sick. This place is close enough to Lamai Beach to walk next door to beach front restaurants or 5m to the bars if that's your thing, but is much more quiet than hotels a little further north. The value is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

This place is awesome.

Clean ,friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, large spacious room and bathroom

Our beds were not made up untill after 3.00pm every day. And we had to ask for the sheets to be changed after 4 nights we stayed 14 nights.

Staff were friendly and helpful Rooms were large and clean and well appointed Beds were comfortable That there were other restaurants close by Up the more quiet end of the beach

All of this is said with the knowledge that Samui is recovering from covid effects but still (for feedback). The breakfast was not well stocked nor was there a large selection (not for a 4/5 star hotel anyway). It would have been good if the beach just outside the hotel was cleaned just a little. You need warning signs just before the beach - that particular area can be hazardous to swim as the waves dump hard on the shoreline. There weren’t many amenities - no gym, or kids play room etc. it would be good to improve the comfort and look of the welcome area at reception. The property needs another cooler area to sit and relax (other than the dining room and poolside). The USB charging ports in the rooms did not work.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was great so much to choose from. The staff were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help. Bottled water was left daily and if you needed anything else you just had to ask. The location was perfect for us. On the quieter side of Lamai which suited us as we had a 2 year old with us. There were plenty of beach bars and eateries within a very short walk but if you wanted Lamai night market or the centre you needed a taxi. The island for food and travel is very cheap anyway and we were spoilt for choice. The Pink Flamingo was a fab resteraunt only 2 mins away.

Not much. I felt the balconies could have had a little gate on to keep children more contained as the stairs were very steep but not too big a problem. Also not many play facilities for children or shaded areas to play.

Great location and the rooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and luxurious.

The food quality was average. The breakfast buffet could be better and the menu and food quality for dinner was just ok. One small thing was there were no bedside reading lamps in the bedroom. It’s a standard item that can be easily fixed.

Upgraded after arrival in evening. Jacuzzi unit facing the beach and sea. Perfect. A few steps from the beach. Sunrise view. Lounge chair just in front of hills facing sea. Villa has terrace area to sit and enjoy sea view or avoid drizzles. Also close to the pool and restaurant. Did not use massage room. Beach is narrow and coarse sand but can see fishes near rocks. Snorkeling is ok but a bit limited. Food places nearby, just exit hotel. Hotel restaurant is decent with adequate Thai and European options.

Shower slow drainage. Shower head and not shower hose. Cannot throw toilet paper into toilet but has a bidet. Safe deposit malfunctioned probably from low battery status so we didn’t use it.

The hotel is amazing! All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. The beach is peaceful, but the hotel is close to a lovely town with lots of restaurants to choose from.

Attentive front office staff. Courteous restaurant staff. Efficient cleaning staff. Great location. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Extra Large bathrooms with bath tub, etc. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around. Part of the famous Lamai beach, thus, plenty of eating places as you walk along the beach. Perfect families and couples.

Major Issue: (serious, should be dealt with) 01. About 90% of guests are from Europe. At times, some loud, unruly Europeans with very little social etiquette can ruin your pleasant stay. It's not the fault of the hotel. But they must put boards in common areas requesting guests to be considerate of others. Minor Issues: (not serious, but it would be good to take action) 01. Breakfast needs to get a little better. More variety and better presentation. 02. Safe in the rooms had repeated issues with batteries. Couldn't open close, etc. This should be fixed as guests don't want to walk up to reception every day trying to sort this out while on holiday. 03. TV remote batteries need to be changed regularly. We had booked multiple rooms, and it was an issue in every room.

The room and bed were very nice. The restaurant for breakfast was good with all the typical breakfast foods available and 2-3 local dishes every day. The location is very nice at the end of Lamai Beach with on the beach access. The pool is very nice but I believe it is a bit overchlorinated. The location of the property is away from the main town, but there are several restaurants and cafes. There is a small supermarket close by.

The WiFi was very poor. It kept on losing the signal, and we had to login all over again each time. Not good if you are planning to do any work. The television could get YouTube and Netflix, but we weren’t able to get that on our tv.

First, the staff (réception, restaurant, cleaning, security parking) is amazing and will do their best to help you. The room is big and very clean, it is quiet at night so you can sleep well, the location is perfect, you can book a scooter just down the street at James scooter. The beach at the hôtel is nice and very calm. It’s been pouring rain since few days in Koh samui, they helped us to get a taxi, to call the boat Company to make sure it wasn’t canceled, the also helped us to reach the taxi with their pickup-car because the street is flooded, to meet the taxi. Thank you Thank you Thank you to the team!! If you’re staying around, look no further !
