We stayed in the Bungalow right on the beach, it had the most fantastic view from the window and balcony. The room is large and has separate lounge area. The location is good right next to Grandmother and Grandfather Rocks. There are shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. It is on the outskirts of Lamai so you will need a scooter if you want to explore. Staff were great cleaned room every 3 days and run an excellent massage place right in the garden. Owner helpful and kind.

The property is dated, that normally doesn't bother us however the AC was old so it did not work as well as it could have and there was no Kettle. Other than those minor niggles we really enjoyed our stay.

It's a 1* place, so not posh. However, it was clean and comfortable and as I only booked with 2 days notice great value for money. The owners are lovely (for example gave me bananas from the tree outside my room), and a couple of minor issues with the room were literally, dealt with immediately. I guess I'd describe it as slightly old world but welcoming and homely. I really liked my stay. The location is superb. At the end of Lamai beach (and right on it) so away from the hub but with a nice walk along the beach (with plenty of places to stop off) into town. Also some really nice places to eat and drink within 200yds, for a variety of tastes and budgets: Walk on the Rock and Beluga were both great. The weather was not great during my stay so it was particularly important that I felt comfortable in the resort and locally. If I go to Samui again I'd very happily stay here.

Awesome place in the end of the Lamai Beach. You just walk out of your bungalow and go for a swim in the sea - simple as that ;) Although buildings are quite old and they could be renovated a little bit, it didn't bother us. They just have specific summer vibe. This place is calm and chilled, it was pretty busy when we were there but nobody was loud or disturbing us, we really rested! Owner is super friendly and helpful. There is a couple of great food spots just outside the resort. There is fridge in the room!

Wifi not too good. Pillows were really not comfortable. There is a bar but is not working, so you can't buy anything to eat/drink there.

It’s in a beautiful yet quiet location with access to go find some more entertainment close by. The swimming is great. The grounds are cute. Pong the owner is very hospital, and she takes everyone’s health very seriously. I like how you can have the windows open while still being secure, to have fresh air while you sleep. Compared to other hotels many of which have mold, exasperated by the AC, I could wake up with out any issues with my respiratory system. Thank you Pong ❤️

If u need luxury, this is not for you.

Very cheap and great value for money, the staff were exceptionally friendly alongside the owner which really made the experience. It’s located right on the beach with a lovely walk only 10 meters away. Theres a string of local shops and bars within a short walking distance. The rooms are quite warm with just a fan no air-con which would be the only downside. Besides that, I’d highly recommend this location to others :)

This place has a great potential- it’s waterfront, there is the restaurant&bar just next door, it’s private and quiet. Local restaurants 3 mins by walk. Nice snorkelling spot thank you for borrowing masks:)

Some things been missing - it would be much more comfortable if we have them - at least 2 more pillows, blanket, more toilet paper and maybe TV and kettle too. Also please note, if you want to get to the beach-need to go down by the rocks.

Parfect bungalow, just in the beach with big rocks on the side and a lot of beautiful fishes around the rocks. we had a wonderful sea view from terrace. hotel is so sharming and so stylish, real Thailand and so cozy! people in hotel are very friendly and ready to answer all questions. we are very happy to have choose this bungalow. I wish to come back.

It’s nice sitting on the porch in the evenings I found and the room is what you payed. The area in my opinion is the best but, has some great bars on the nice beach with the tourist attraction around the corner. Close to a nice row of restaurants with some great food and staff there as well.

Just the shower and toilet but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Nice quiet place at the end of Lamai beach. Welcoming host, ready to chat and help any time. Not mamy people in December, so you have a lot of space near and on the beach just for yourself. Clean bungalow equipped with furniture to store your cloths

Be aware there is a dog around, nor very friendly :( Make sure it has muzzle or chain, so you can walk freely without fear

I loved the location and the host was very friendly and accommodating. not luxury but value for money. the view from the front bungalow was great. but the other bungalows do not have the same view or size.

this is not just about sunrise its a common thing. i do not like air con and need to be able to open a window. most accommodations have no screens or mosquito nets. either would be ok.
