Beautiful property, beautiful rooms, amazing view, nice pool, delicious breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff. Our most favorite part; the cats :D

The beach around the property is not really good for swimming. Rent a scooter and check out the area, there are a lot of other options.

Our room was large, with a lovely balcony and a beautiful view of the pool and the sea beyond. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. The small fridge was stocked with a couple of beers, 4 waters, 2 cokes, and milk, all of which were replenished every day. The grounds are immaculate, and the swimming pool is a great size for the number of rooms. Good quality, thick towels are available. The breakfast choice is amazing and brought to your room at a time of your choosing. The staff are very helpful and lovely. If you prefer a small hotel, then this is a perfect choice. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but it's only 200 Baht to the centre of Lamai.

Nothing. However, there is one minor recommendation. We stayed in room A2, and it would be beneficial if there was a handrail for the stairs.

-breakfast is awesome and brought to room daily -pool isnt too cold which i loved and very clean -they give fresh towels for pool/beach -free spa treatments daily (that were amazing) -they allow and enjoy pets -security always there -right across from 7/11 -insane view from penthouse top floor for sunrise

-maybe a shade outside to sit outside during the day as it gets very hot but that is seasonal -booking . com says you can pay at property but their policy is to charge the card ahead of time so that would be nice to know

Property adults only. Beautiful sea view from our balcony and lovely well kept swimming pool. Good breakfast options which were brought directly to our room at time of our choice. Room cleaned daily. A 7/11 opposite which was handy for snacks. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel situated next to busy road which created a lot of outside noise at all hours. Location of property made it difficult to easily access central Lamai by foot. Taxi needed which was about 300bht one way. Beach directly next to hotel was little bit dirty with washed up plastics but wasn’t terrible. Also to watch tv in your room you need a Netflix account or be willing to create one. Owing to wife’s dietary requirements couldn’t find any nearby restaurants which cater for coeliacs. We used central Lamai for this.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the lunches were great. You have to try the banana cream pie; it was out of this world. The room and staff were wonderful. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They worked with a motorbike rental co. and got us a nice motorbike with a good price. The staff was also very helpful with dinner suggestions and would help book excursions if so inclined. Thank you, Martin. The resort was very tranquil and relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. The mattress was between a medium and hard firmness, and the pillows were very comfortable with two different firmness.

We never said anything so it is on us, but a sun umbrella on our patio would have been nice. I'm sure had we asked they probably would have provided one for us. The beach was not one of the best but that's not the resorts fault.

Perfect location and gorgeous setting! Super convenient being across the street from a 7-11 too! The service staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, especially Audi. We also loved Nokie and Martin, the hotel owners, who remembered our personal information and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. We loved the included breakfast, which was served on our room's balcony. You could choose from Thai and other breakfast options, and every single day offered a new delicious meal. The beach view from the hotel was gorgeous, and the pool should not be underestimated. We very much enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend it!

The toilet didn’t have a door to close it off from the rest of the room for privacy.

This is the second time I have stayed there which in itself is a recommendation It is a boutique hotel but of a high standard The owners Nokie and Martin are very attentive and understand fully what their clientele both want and need Throughout the staff, front of house/cleaners/ security they really seem to care I got a Spa package with my booking and the lady who did the relaxation massages on site was very good too Finally the taxi driver affiliated with the hotel was exemplary too - she is good value and will take you to places and is also very reliable

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nalinnadda. The room had the most spectacular view and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast to your room every day was delicious and there were so many options. The pool was lovely and the hotel had very easy access to walking on the beach.

The only issue was that the hotel was very close to the road and you could hear the traffic quite loudly throughout the day and evening. While this isn't unique to this hotel (every hotel on the road appeared similar), it was unexpected and took away a bit from the experience, but eventually we got used to it.

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel! The service was truly incredible—every single staff member was always smiling and incredibly kind. Every day, our room was not just cleaned but deep cleaned. Everything sparkled—from under the bed to above it—there wasn’t a single speck of dust or a spiderweb in sight. It was flawless. We stayed in the penthouse, and even our outdoor tub and the entire balcony were meticulously cleaned every day. The attention to detail was amazing, and the cleanliness was beyond impressive. The spa was absolutely incredible! The workers were so skilled, gentle, and attentive—they always asked if everything was all right and if we were enjoying the experience. They used such high-quality products, and you could really tell. After every massage, our skin looked radiant and felt amazing. Even though we had massages almost every day during our stay, our skin never felt anything but nourished and glowing. Now that we’re back home, our skin is still glowing, and we can’t stop thinking about how wonderful and perfect the treatments were. The people working at the hotel were genuinely wonderful, as I already mentioned. The food was another highlight—absolutely incredible. We had the chance to meet the owners, Martin and his wife Nokie, and they were both such warm and welcoming people. As well as the cute cat family, oh i miss waking up to a cat on my balcony. Over the 15 days we stayed there, we got to know them well, and we had some great conversations. Martin told us he was a chef for a long time, and it shows! Every meal was a masterpiece—literally gourmet-level. The food was perfection every single time—delicious, thoughtful, and beautifully prepared. Even the breakfast was amazing, offering so much variety that we could mix it up every day. It was clear how much thought went into every detail, and it truly made our stay feel special.

This property is stunning. Beautiful rooms and views. Breakfast perfect, you can choose different things every day and they bring it to your balcony. The view from our penthouse was amazing. The hotel itself is right by the ocean. Personnel is super, friendly and helpful. Organizing everything if you ask, trips, taxis etc. If you have to name some small minus, for me the street was a bit loud during night and morning, so good earplugs needed. And the bed was slightly hard so had some backpain. The toilet has no door, and the shower is outside with no door either, so If you are a bit shy , you might want to ask your friend not to look or listen 😂. And we kept the lights out of the shower room when showering in the evening. There are not many shops or restaurants nearby, since it is a residential area. So you might need to take a grab when going out eating . But there is luckily a 7eleven right across the street. If you arrive late ( the kitchen closes early in the hotel ) and want just to take some light dinner, they will heat you some fried rice and toasts at 7eleven.
