We have had an excellent stay at baan jasmin for the two weeks we were in samui. The choengmon area was lovely and only a 10/15 walk from the beach with many shops and restaurants in the area. Everything in the villa was very clean and we were provided with cooking utensils and facilities to use. The pool was big and cleaned regularly which we used often. As well as this the complex uses its own water so therefore it didn’t feel harsh or damaging or have a bad smell like other places in samui. Although we did not use them - bikes were available to rent from the villa. As we were aware of electricity was not included but it was a very reasonable price for our usage and the villa as a whole was great value for money. The host Aart was extremely helpful and accommodating and any issues we had were resolved quickly. We loved our stay and baan jasmin and would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, the villa is spacious and very well maintained, the owner is very welcoming. We feel like at home. The next time we come back to Samui it will be here for sure !!

For our group and budget the hosts property was an excellent choice. Clean, 3 specious bedrooms and kitchen, lounge diner kept everyone together. The host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

For the space and proximity to Cheong Mon (8 mins walk), there is nothing to dislike for the price charged. Great value for money.

I really liked the location and how close it was to nice cafes and view points, also the swimming pool was great

Beds could have been slightly comfier but overall it was exceptional!

The villa was clean, spacious and we had two bathrooms. Our family loved the pool, which was always clean. Cooking facilities were good and we enjoyed local take aways. The restaurants are in walking distance as is the beach. All are highly recommended. We could get taxis on the main road to tourist areas. The mini golf is a short walk away....the kids found it great fun. Art and his partner were the perfect hosts. They went over and beyond helping us , nothing was too much bother . We even had their home made cookies... delicious. I would so recommend this place for a vacation.

Spacious villa with great pool in quiet location. The host was very friendly and heplful. Bonus - they have the nicest cat.

The furniture and bathrooms were a bit older, but still functional. Smelly bathroom. The AC was not the quietest / cost effective. During the day, even the cold water was very warm / hot.

Lots of space in the villa. Everything we needed. The owners were very nice welcoming and nice to speak too. Would defo stay again. And will definitely tell people about the villas. Thanks too you both for everything ❤️

The hill up to the villa but was worth it once there

Loved the owners! Excellent people who genuinely care if you have a good stay. They live right across from you, but still respect your privacy. Anytime you need anything, they are just a phone call away. Definitely would come back here again!
