Very good value for money , that’s why put 10 stars. Location good, they have small gym and yoga classes, big pool, nice beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. We stayed in bungalow, it was spacious, big bed. Only bad thing is in the bathroom, coz shower water goes straight to the wc, there is no wall between wc and shower. So for Deluxe bungalow I would put 6 stars

I found bad thing in bathroom which mentioned above. And hotel restaurant is very expensive, but you can find good places near hotel so it wasn’t a problem for us

This lovely hotel dose exactly what you want. Firstly the location is perfect and on such a beautiful beach! We stayed in one of the bungalows and waking up and being steps away from beach was honestly amazing! The room was cleaned to a high standard and had everything you could need! The beach restaurant serves great food, ingredients were fresh and at a reasonable price! All staff were friendly and happy to help. Ing on reception helped us with trips and recommendations on fantastic things to do while in koh samui. Already planning our return

My bungalow was spacious and spotlessly clean (a few minor flaws but nothing to worry about). Electronic safe in the wardrobe. Very good flatsc reen TV. Decent toiletries. Quiet and with clean towels every day. Sunbeds included on beach. Nice balcony/patio with seats and clothes airer. Good breakfasts and lunches in the open sided restaurant right beside the sea. Good reception where nothing was too much trouble. Staff and managers were excellent, as was the owner. Very convenient for outside transport. Amazing beach and sea. Plenty of good local restaurants, bars, pharmacy and street food sellers on the road outside. 24/7 well stocked supermarket next to the entrance, with an ATM. Great swimming pool that was lovely and clean with pleasant surroundings. Lots of things to see locally. No feral dogs or cats. Pleasant, quiet and polite beach vendors that weren't pushy. Fantastic cooks preparing very cheap light meals on the beach. Nice massages at a couple of places, also on the beach - good walks there too.

Breakfast service was a little slow sometimes but not really an issue. Other customers smoking in the restaurant.

Fantastic location on the best beach on the island. An understated hotel with a chilled vibe. Not flashy but authentic. Great pool and beach bar, restaurant when you want a break from the beach. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants in short walking distance but no noise at night. A short taxi ride into the main towns in either direction for a big night out. Loved this place and the staff. Great for Gen X and single travellers

Nothing worth a mention. Visited other places but nothing comes close.

Stayed in a Bungalow leading down to a wonderful beach area with great facilities for residents including free sun lounger on the beach and very attentive staff. Room was a little dated but still very clean and attended too daily by cleaner without prompt. Location is perfect if you want a quiet pocket of the island - Only a few bars however and crazy amount of massage options.

A little tried and dated throughout the resort but knew this ahead of booking a 3 star. Breakfast buffet was very repetitive but they changed on my final morning for a menu set up and was much better.

The location was perfect, Our room was steps from the gorgeous beach and we had a fabulous breakfast every day by the water. Food was delicious and lots of variety. The villa was very comfortable, large soft bed, good hot water in the shower. Everything we needed was steps away, tons of great little restaurants and bars...much quieter than Chaweng which we really enjoyed, but still enough activity. We can't say enough about the Manager James. We had a medical issue, and he drove us personally to the hospital and stayed until we were looked after! All in all. We had a great stay and look forward to returning some day. Highly recommend.

The internet was a bit slow in the villa but fine outside on the deck.

This is a really great hotel on Choeng Mon Beach. We really liked this beach as it was still lively but without the full on party. We had a beach front bungalow which was right on the beach, there are about 5 beachfront bungalows but many of the other bungalows still have partial beach views from the patio. There are 10 or more restaurants right on the beach but we ended up eating at this restaurant many times and the food, coffee and service were all amazing. The breakfast buffet was good as well with egg station, sausage, bacon, coffee, fruits, toast, etc etc We will likely come back to stay here again next time! You can jet ski, E Foil, kayak, paddle board etc right out front. The beach chairs and service are great. The pool is really nice and refreshing as well!

Superb beautiful location right on the beach front. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned daily to a very good standard. Excellent selection of food and drinks available from the beach restaurant. The resort itself is centrally located to a wide variety of really nice bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride to Chaweng should you wish to explore further and sample the night life.

Since the property was in discount we had a very good value for money on this property! The room was very clean and smells so good! Big room and a nice and big balcony! We didn't use the swimming pool but we enjoyed the beach, it was very relaxing! The staff was very helpful and the late check out was great!

In the bathroom we didn't have a curtain and it was a bit of a mess when showering! We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was great, so the next day we went again for dinner with some friends and OMG it seems a completely different restaurant! The food wasn't yummy at all, some of us didn't eat! I noticed that during lunch the manager or boss was there, must have done the difference!

Stayed in beach bungalow which was literally on beach. The location of resort is great, on beach, facilities good and local amenities a few minutes' walk. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Superb food in restaurant /beach bar

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean but could do with a make-over; however, this is reflected in the price of rooms compared with other resorts on the same stretch of beach.
