Palm and team were absolutely fantastic - they could not have done more for us during our stay. From arranging trips or taxis to messaging to see if we needed anything. If you are looking for a relaxed but luxurious break on a beautiful island this is for you. We would love to come back and do everything we didn't have time to do! The beach is a short walk away however Palm will arrange a lift there and back if required. The villa was immaculate and everyone on the team was friendly and incredibly helpful. Great location, only 20 mins from the airport, 10 minutes walk from large selection of shops, restaurants and the beach. The team will clean your villa every day, if required and cleaning and maintenance are done to a very high standard. Water/tea/coffee are replenished daily which was a big bonus. You made our stay on the island so special and very happy - thank you. We'd love to come back and stay with you again!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay. I would only point out that due to the beautiful greenery and position of the villa, there wasn't much sun on the terrace after about 3pm however with the beach so near we enjoyed an afternoon stroll and spent the afternoon's there if we wanted more sun and enjoyed everything the beach has to offer. It is the most beautiful beach with a friendly, calm atmosphere.

Amazing reception from Pam and the team. We were welcomed with fresh coconuts and warm smiles all around. Really loved the villa, the pool and most of all, the service is exceptional. The house was fab and felt extremely spacious and grand. Really happy we picked this accommodation. Made our trip to Koh Samui excellent!!!

Great location close to Choengmon Beach. Steep hill to get to the property BUT didn't effect our stay as there is a shuttle to and from the beach for free provided by the hotel!

Nice and cosy place. Lots of space and privacy, and we really enjoyed it with full heart<3 The house has a caracter, beautiful and comfortable. We had our own swimming pool which our son loved so much! Upstairs we had two big separate bedrooms with own bathrooms (Tv´s provided) and downstairs a room with two bunk beds (beautiful and wide ones with own bathroom), and a nice tv chilling room. We had a big kitchen, where to cook and if we didn´t feel like cooking or going to the near by restaurants we ordered Grab to the house gate- very handy! You don´t need to go anywhere if you just want to chill at the house. Our host was Pinky. Amazing warm hearted person. She mastered everything. She was always available, through WhatsApp. Her staff was very kind, they did amazing job with cleaning. They provide cleaning every day if you need, with water and tea/coffee capsules provided to the house for your use. At our last morning Pinky and her staff came to the house and brought us pancakes and it was such a warm gesture. We left to Mae Nam and when we left the house, we told Pinky that if we didin´t find a home like this, we would return. And 4 days later we did;) Restaurants, shops, massage, Muay thai outdoor gym walk by, 7-eleven and Tops, walking 10 minutes. Also daytime we could text Pinky if we needed her ride somewhere nearby. The house is on the hills, with own private land, gates and guard at the nighttime, so you are very safe and secure. We really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is large, private and with a good size pool which was warm. Each room was of a good size. The staff were very helpful especially the manager called Palm. They assisted in getting us taxis, hiring cars and booking tours and were flexible in making arrangements around our schedules. 10/10 for the service.

We got an upgrade to the 4-bed villa for the first 3 nights. Amazing views from the master bedroom. Pinky and the staff were so helpful - they will take you down to the shops in the golf buggy or to/from the beach if you are feeling lazy. Beach is only 5 mins away and we preferred Choeng Mon beach to the larger/busier Chaweng beach.. Lovely location - very peaceful, but near to restaurants and beach. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool was great for the kids. They must fog quite regularly, as we never even saw a mozzy whilst there! Overall I would highly recommend Paradise Island Estate.

The villas could do with a little bit of maintenance (eg tired kitchen cabinets) and although the kitchen was equipped, you may struggle to cook a large meal (though we ate out most nights). But these are minor points. The pool at the 3-bed villa had no shallow end - to be aware if you have small children (but ours 4/8 enjoyed it).

Everything was beyond perfect. 3 of us chose this accommadation to stay for our short holiday for five nights. The place itself is enormous, well decorated and in good condition. All the staff: Kate; Pinky; and the rest of the team were always there to support us 24/7, though some problems occured but the team solved it promptly. The accommodation is also located in a lovely area - less overcrowded, and lots of good restaurants nereby. absolutely recommended.

This is an amazing villa, thoughtfully decorated and will all comfort possible. It is a short walk from the beach but the staff will also drive you there and pick you up in their cart. We couldn’t not fault the staff or the villa for anything, such a luxurious feel to our stay!

The swimming pool could be slightly less deep.

Upon arrival, we were instantly made to feel at home with a warm welcome from all the staff, especially Kate and Pinky. The villa looked picture perfect, exceeding our expectations; a truly beautiful place to stay. For the 4 nights that we stayed, we were looked after by Pinky; She is an incredible woman who manages all the villa’s. We exchanged numbers on the first day and she was always one text message away if we needed anything, whether it was grocery shopping or to book an activity, or in our case organise an entire surprise birthday. Pinky was attentive and caring, always doing her absolute best when approaching any task. Pinky truly is an exceptional women and can be whole heartedly trusted to make your stay incredibly lavish and fun! We will definitely be returning once back in Thailand! Thank you.

Excellent resort with all services available in your own privacy, exceptional staff led by Kate and entire team. Private chef romantic dinner arranged in hours, a very special treat and delightful experience. Our private villa was a true cocoon surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens. A must I will recommend all our family and friends and will return after our Koh Tao stay. Thank you and see you soon

We loved it all

Staff at the villa where exceptional. Very friendly and always keen to assist. They checked in with us regularly and brought us fruit platters and chocolates. The pool was amazing to have with kids, and the cool breeze on the hill where the villa was situated was amazing, really comfortable.
