We loved that this property was ideally situated for our daily trips around the island . We were on the third floor at the back and could have sworn we were the only people there it was so quiet ! Extremely good value for your money and the cleaning staff were amazing and friendly! Hired scooters directly from them and the management were on site most of the day time to answer questions or to suggest places to visit .

Nothing , just the TV didn’t work but we were not perturbed as we were out most of the time anyhow !

Good location, good air conditioning and wifi. Very friendly and trustworthy staff. Clean hotel, there was a no shoes inside -policy which I LOVED. No sand inside anywhere. Great water pressure in the bathroom and enough space for our clothes and stuff. Great restaurants, supermarkets, muay thai gym and padel/tennis courts in the area. Overall great hotel and great area!

A bit far from the nearest beach but that was okay for us since we have healthy legs. Beach would not be far with a scooter.

The property is well located between all the major beaches and close to big buddha and the hub of koh samui, chaweng. Additionally, the property has nearby shops like 7/11 and big C which are open 24/7. The area is safe and Dario, the owner was extremely helpful in organising trips and providing all the information required. The room itsself is clean and spacious with a fridge and good air conditioning. The cleaner came regularly and were all respectful. Very mucb recommend!!!

Sometimes works needed to be done and the water would be off but this was only for a couple hours at a time.

Very nice and pleasant accomodation, great facilities, very clean, helpful staff, free coffee and tea. There is plenty of light in the room, balcony had a nice view. Location had its pros and cons: it is not directly at the beach, but it is a 15 minutes walk from a beautiful Plai Leam beach. This beach had a unique underground charm - it was almost abandoned at the end of October. That is logical, as it was at the end of monsoon season, but the other beaches were (at least a bit) crowded even that time. There is a nice scooter rental for 150 THB on Thongsai rd close to Wat Plai Leam, so when you rent a scooter, you can do a great beach hopping all over the island from here. Location is great also for strolls, as you can walk multiple directions from here. Go here!

We really enjoyed our staff here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The room came with A/C, coffee making facilities and towels. We had a small balcony off the room which was nice. We were able to rent a bike downstairs for 250 baht per day. Located about 15min drive from chaweng beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would recommend a stay here.

Tony and Daniel are great hosts ,very friendly and helpful , having scooters available to rent from them is also a bonus they recommend a great place to eat across the road from the hotel (NaNa) and the travel office next door (gugle travel) great beach a 10 min ride away from the hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very easy and affordable motorbike rental. Room was very spacious and comfortable with great air con and a nice view from the balcony. Really great value for money. Had a great stay, could’ve stayed much longer.

Not much in walking distance, but not a problem for us as we had a bike.

The place is very clean and with a great taste. The single beds are more comfortable than the double bed. Great location in terms of the fact that it's close to the airport. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant opposite the guesthouse serves delicious food and inexpensive.😊

The double bed is not as soft and the bed frame makes squeeky sound.

It's exactly as shown on the App Location was fantastic , and the owners and staff could not help you enough. Very clean and nothing was a problem if you needed anything extra. I will be returning and staying here. Owners and the staff are amazing.

Good location, not in the middle of the busiest and nosiest area but close to everything. Nice room, comfy and big enough for two people to live in and work from. Reliable internet connection that allowed us to work from the room without issues.

If anything, being that close to the main road made it a bit noisy at night whenever a truck passes by
