The hotel was pretty, staff always very friendly and helpful. Our room (family suite) was spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast with the egg station! Three pools in the hotel but we mostly stayed at the one closest to the beach (awesome view). Overall we loved the vibes of the hotel, flowers, water and little waterfalls everywhere.

The common places outside could have been a bit cleaner, the sunbeds near the pool are obviously old and in my opinion need replacing/mantainance. The sink in our room was leaking a bit but nothing major. The beach near the hotel unfortunately is not the best.

Very nice resort, the pool was lovely and it is well located central on the beach, near big Buddha, near airport and near port. Staff friendly and helpful. Welcome drink was a nice touch. They let us store our luggage for a few days after our stay which we appreciated.

For such a fancy resort they need to work on the quality of the restaurant food. The pizza we ordered seemed like a frozen reheated $2 supermarket pizza. Our room was up a lot of steps with no lift, thankfully staff helped with our bags.

Clean and comfortable. The room is very well equipped. The jacuzzi in the balcony is fantastic. The bathroom is almost too spacious and maybe that space could be used in the actual room. Still, can't complain. The staff is attentive and helpful. The restaurant is a little bit on the pricier side, but nothing crazy. The food is good, but for some more affordable and delicious Thai food you can walk 7 mins and go to NAPA Thai Food, which is a simple and family-owned restaurant where all the food items were very good. I read complaints about noise from the restaurant at night, but since our room was on the back, far from the restaurant, we heard no noise whatsoever. Instead, we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. I was also thrilled to see a little monitor lizard in their pond, alongside fishes and some little frogs. My partner and my mom also got massage at the hotel. They said it was the best massage they've ever got. It's obviously pricier than the shops by the roads, but you get a more elevated experience and a higher quality service. The location is good, if you are looking for a quieter place, but we rented a car. Quite far from La Mai beach, for example. It's also walking distance to some main attractions in the island (temples). And quite near the airport.

The beach is not good. Not swimmable, not the most beautiful. But if you do some research before booking you should know that. (the sunset there is great though!) Choeng Mon beach is not far if you drive/ride a bike. No elevator to the third floor, so if you have elders or PWD you should ask for a ground floor room. You can't use the pool after 7pm which is really not ideal if you come back from a day out and wanted to dip in the pool after dinner.

We knew we could not swim at the beach so really enjoyed the pool area with lovely ocean views

We were really the only people staying so food selection was limited, though the cook did make me some authentic sauce for my rice.

The environment is beautiful is a very big resort, the pools are beautiful y very nice! We took a kayak ( the hotel provides them) and went around. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. We had a swim up room which was fantastic. Our terrace was great and the pool was lovely and large. The bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was brilliant. The pool by the beach was also great and the beach area was lovely. People say that there isn’t much around but very close by there’s a very cool temple and a fair few brilliant local restaurants around and then in a 15 min walk you have some very fancy sunset facing restaurants and also the Big Buddha.

The only negative I have is that the rooms didn’t get a massive clean daily, more just a little spruce. Bins changed and bed made but it kind of felt like that was it. Also, the majority of the staff were extremely friendly but there was one girl on reception who was quite sour.

Hotel is a real gem because of the lush garden and the direct access to the pool from the room terrace. The beach im front of the hotel is not for swimming, but hotel staff was womderful and they hekped with providing excellent taxi service to nearby beaches. The room was bery big and all im wood, with super comfortable bed. Also, the in-house massage s were excellent. I enjoyed my stay there because it felt like staying in botanical garden and I loved swimming in the pool under frangipani trees. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

Secluded and island/beach style. Staff were very friendly. Rooms big and comfortable. Even though the hotel was full there was always room on the beds at the beach. A few reviews as well as the hotel notes indicate the beach is not suitable swimming but this is not the case - when the tide is low the sand is a bit muddy but the water is clean enough.

Breakfast was a bit of a disaster - open at 7am but rarely had staff to cater - the last 2 mornings there was only 1 guy trying to take care of the whole restaurant until about 8am. The breakfast buffet was below mediocre to say the least. All coffee other than the drip type is chargeable.

The location, Room size was great. Staffs very polite. We had to change a room and the receptionist was veey jice to give us a better located room by the pool which was a plus for us since we didnt had to walk all the way to the pool from the room.

The property states on the beach resort which we were hoping to swim and have day time spent on the beach but it wasn't possible because of dirts. There is a beach restaurant but not smartly functional. No activities or attractive offers to have guests enjoy evenings on the beach.

Very good and gentle stuff, always ready to help and solve all problems. Good design of the room, very clean. Big pool. The hotel the was deserted on the days of our vacation.

No beach at all. If you want to swim in the Sea you should choose something else.
