We loved everything !! The very private villa & private pool, the space around the pool/kitchen area & bedroom & bathroom was huge - everything essential was there for us to use. The grounds around were immaculate & daily upkeep - fresh towels/bedding & bottles of water daily too (if u required it). All staff were extremely friendly. A 2 min walk to a lovely, very quiet beach (next to a tiny marina) & walk along the beach to other hotel/villas where u can eat, we found a “favourite” just a 5 min walk on the beach. To the other “exit” there was a 7/11 mini Supermarket (5 mins) & couple of little bars serving food - the one near the entrance of our complex was extremely popular - great food!! A walk then towards more bars & the Golden Buddha (15/20 mins away)!! We went to Fisherman’s Village for extra nightlife - 5/10 mins in a taxi (abt £8) lovely place, loads of bars/restaurants & a lot going on & beautiful sunsets from the beachfront whilst relaxing on beanbags/hammocks/comfy chairs with waiter service everywhere - beautiful.

Our villa was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor area and having our own private pool. The bed was comfortable (a little firmer than we are used to), but we slept so well. The bathroom was huge, and the outdoor shower was lovely. We had no problems with the water temp or pressure It was very quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated.

It is a little run down, and the location was a bit far away from cafes, etc. We hired scooters (organised by the resort), so it was fine, but if you were getting taxis and walking, it may be a bit isolated for some. However, you can order food through grab and have it delivered. There is a cute massage place 150m away and a seven eleven close by as well as a little Thai restaurant

The property was fantastic! The villas, communal areas and pool were very well maintained daily by a friendly, efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the facilities were excellent. This was our third year running in Koh Samui over New Year and this was the best accommodation we’ve stayed in yet. We will definitely be back later this year! The location was very convenient with easy access to Choeng Mon beach, Fisherman’s Village, Big Buddha and many other attractions. There were also a few fantastic local bars and restaurants with great food at really cheap prices right on the doorstep. We’d also highly recommend Jida’s massage shop opposite the property!

The only things that could be improved - The lighting in our room wasn't bright enough to read a book comfortably in the evening and the water in the bathroom ran brown several times.

The privat pool was amazing. Even the outdoor kitchen with the big fridge was great for food and drinks. The property is close to restaurants and seven eleven shops. The staff can organise for you to rent a car or motorbike. They bring it directly to the lobby.

Unfortunately there was no outdoor shower for take a shower before or after swimming in the pool. No restaurant at the hotel. If you will have breakfast lunch or dinner at the property you have to order it (for breakfast one day before).

Our second visit to this hotel. We had booked the standard 1 bedroom Villa but were upgraded to the 2 bedroom as they were out of the 1 bedroom. It was very similar to the 1 bedroom we were used to. The pool is refreshing and kept us cool and AC in the room also worked as expected.

As with last time you can see little areas where it is showing its age and needs some attention. Particularly the private pool area. Ours was again a bit dirty and the grout was falling apart and dirty. The kitchen area was not super clean as some of the shelves were dirty. The dishes and everything were super clean so no issue there. We had a couple days with no Hot Water to take a shower. Also our bed had an oversized mattress topper that was too big for the bed and kept sliding off, also the pillows are very uncomfortable as they are quite dense. No breakfast, restaurant or bar to go to at the hotel but it was ok. There are some great little places right outside that we went to that were great.

The location is amazing I stayed in the ocean front bungalow & its exactly what i was after. Simple yet beautiful bungalow right on the edge of a pristine white sand beach. If you love the water, swimming & snorkelling its perfect. I wanted a holiday where i could truely relax & be away from the main town crowds It was expensive to stay here but the bungalow & the beach was what i was after

For an expensive resort the facilities where a let down. You had to hire any sea equipment which i think should be free for guests. The bed was super hard and the restaurant breakfast was very underwhelming & Under-catered during busy times with angry guests lining up for coffee & no where to sit. I saw guests arguing with staff more than once about the bad service. Not a good look for such an expensive hotel I skipped breakfast all together opting to ride into town for better coffee & food.

This is a great value hotel if you want a private villa. It was very nice and quiet as well. We ordered breakfast for our first day as it’s not included. It was beautifully laid out on a tray and delivered but it was not good and cost too much money for what was included.

Our pool had a lot of dirt in the bottom you can tell there were some things that needed to be addressed/updated. The cleaning in the villa was good but the living space outside could use some improvement. There was a cat who urinated on the furniture outside and it smelled the entire trip. Also on our last day the cleaning staff walked in without knocking and it was way before checkout time.

The Vila is well designed for a family (or two couples) with two separate bedrooms, a living room and kitchen area and the pool in the middle. Bathrooms are large and convenient. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. There is a good laundry service if needed and the staff can help with whatever bookings you need to do (travel or excursions)

We had an electric problem in the living room but it was not attended to until the next day which was a problem. In the hotel's defense I will say they did their best to compensate us. There is no breakfast served by the hotel (no dining area at all). You can have breakfast ordered to your room (external provider) for extra cost but we didn't find it to be very good. Last is the location. This area is not yet very developed. If you're in for just peace and quiet, then the location is perfect. If you want activities, restaurants, etc. You'll need a taxi to Chaweng Beach for just about everything as the options in this area are not big.
