Right on the beach! Our villa was so beautiful. We had the most incredible view and the beach was as close as it can be! In room dining was excellent - the best food we had on our trip to Thailand. Breakfast was also so good! The staff were amazing and did their best to accommodate us although we did feel they were a little under staffed in the evenings. The movie room was a great addition for the evenings that we were tired. The location is also away from the buzz which we loved because it was peaceful and so relaxing.

The property was stunning, peaceful, and exceptionally well-maintained. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the entire team. The breakfast spread was delicious every morning, and they even arranged a special poolside bakery breakfast for our family — a thoughtful and delightful touch. The food from their in-house restaurant was consistently sumptuous, adding so much charm to the overall experience. A huge highlight was meeting Mr. Sammy, the owner, who graciously took time to chat with us, took our suggestions, and personally showed us their biggest beachfront villa. His gesture of gifting my son a Skye Beach teddy bear was incredibly touching.

Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about — everything was thoughtfully done, and the service was impeccable throughout.

The 3 bedroom apartment with the private pool was beautiful, clean, great view. The breakfast at the affliliated Spoons restaurant was also excellent. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful.

The beach that is right in front of the hotel is very shallow, and during low tide the water recedes all the way out, about a 5 min walk from the hotel. It was neat to watch the beach appear and disappear throughout the day, but just note that the beach is not swimmable all day long.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel, located on a quiet beach. The room, staff and service were excellent. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but breakfast is served in your room and staff can organise take away food from a nearby restaurant. Laundry service was quick and cheap. Good quality thai massage is available on request. The location is a bit off the main track, but you can easily get a taxi to Chaweng beach (400-500 THB) and elsewhere. All in all, this was a great experience and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay in a quiet location.

My room was located right behind the reception area, and there was quite some noise coming in from the area. If noise is a concern to you, ask to get a room further away from the reception area (ground floor) or upstairs.

The service is really a top notch. Every staff is extremely polite and helpful. The room is cleaned up everyday and i love the fact that they made it really sparkle and fast. The breakfast was served in the room every morning and it makes you feel like a queen ;). The pool was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped, we have a small baby and it was very convenient since this spacious room got everything we needed.

Location . Difficult to find nearby restaurants that are suitable for babies within walking distance. But we can order grab and food was amazing.

Everything! It was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand, it was complete with everything we needed. The breakfast was brought into our room during the morning and when we had early morning day tours, they prepared it for takeaway instead so we don’t get hungry. Can’t recommend the customer service enough, they were friendly and the room service was one of the best thai food ☺️ the location is a little bit out of the main spot in Samui but didn’t matter as you can rent a moped through them! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Breakfast was good, just needs a little more variety in spreads and more butter. The staff right through the resort were fantastic and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Beds a bit soft especially for older people, my husband had trouble getting off the bed. Would like to see a few units for disabled people. The steps to pool very big and only one little grab rail, maybe a grab rail in shower and toilet and also watch your step sign on floor going into bathroom.

It was my first time visiting Koh Samui and i havent try any other hotels yet, but overall the living experience with Skye Beach is decent and i’m very satisfied with their services, hotel facilities, room and everything! Our room was upgraded from one bedroom villa to two bedroom villa with no additional fee charge, which is super great. I love the long swimming pool in the two bedroom villa and the whole villa is quite spacious. Love their breakfast option which are all my favorite. The hotel also provides the floating breakfast for additional fee charge and the food looks amazing and tastes really good! Staff are nice and friendly as well.

Only one thing, the beach next to the hotel is not suitable for swimming but i think this is not something that they can improve. Swimming in the villa’s private pool is good substitute to that.

Highly recommend this hotel! First of all, staffs were super welcoming and helpful. The villa we stayed was spacious, comfy, unique with really chill vibe. I love the half indoor and half outdoor design. The staffs came to set up breakfast table every morning at your desire time, breakfast was delicious indeed. The private pool area was definitely the highlight, deep enough to swim, and the water temperature was just right. You can enjoy different colors of sunsets every day, and the beach just steps away. I love this stay, couldn't ask more, will come back again!
