Lovely room and absolutely brilliant staff. The location is perfect for the airport, and communicating with Courtney regarding transfer from the port and to the airport was easy peasy, and she was SO lovely. Highly recommended.

The aircon unit wasn't great, and I felt quite stuffy in the room. Having said that - I was a little ill when we stayed over here so I'm sure that's affecting my judgement a little!

Had a great night here! slept well, and the place is clean and the area is at a great location near the airport and the Bangrak pier Stayed for one night, and definitely what I was expecting, and served the purpose

not super private, the main door is at the front of the property, but still very quiet and peaceful garden view Just one thing, if you’re afraid of dogs, coming back to the room at dark, the dogs might bark at you, but nothing more, personally I get along just fine with dogs so it didn’t scare me, but it’s like that in Thailand, dogs everywhere

Private location close to the Big Buddha and the lively town of Bangrak . The famous Fisherman’s Village is a stones throw away . It is perfect for a stop off when travelling to Koh Phangan and has very easy access to Samui Airport .

When I stayed the restaurant wasn’t up and running but having seen the menu it is going to be exceptional when opened in early August

The host Anna was so lovely, and really takes a lot of pride in the property. The room was super spacious and cozy, and loved that it had a work station. Also a very cool little restaurant right outside the room.

The location is okay, but you really need a scooter to make the most of it. The restaurant is quite literally on the doorstep of the room, so there's not much privacy in that regard - they had live music one night I was there which was cool but I wasn't feeling up for it but had no choice to stay up until 1am until they finished because of the noise.

Really cute room with efficient use of a small space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Best part was that you could walk to the water and watch the sunset with a view of the Buddha. Hosts are really bubbly and welcoming. Station to refill water bottles are a really big plus!

Not the best location, walking distance to food but most things are a long way to walk. Close to a pier to go to Koh phanghan but boat didn’t arrive on time beach so if you’re going to full moon party just check the piers in advance haha. To see the water from the Sea view room you walk past a house and it is not a swimming beach just fyi.

This place is perfect if you want to be just outside of the madness of main town Samui, but still just close enough for a cheap grab ride to the centre. The owners of this place are really accommodating and really make you feel at home. If you stay in the master suit, you are in pure luxury, which is just what you need after heavy partying in Bangkok or Koh Phanang!!!

I really can't find any negatives I really enjoyed my stay here!

The best part of the stay were the hosts Anna & Lucas. They will make u feel at home at provide for your needs. The food is exceptional, it’s at par with any of the top restaurants and still the prices are reasonable. In short, the summer house is a must visit in a Koh Samui.

There wasn’t anything I disliked, but maybe the only thing you will have to figure out is your own breakfast. Kitchen opens only by afternoon

This guesthouse was perfect! located right on the water and close to the pier and many shops/restaurants. I only stayed one night but wish I had more time to enjoy all that it had to offer. Anna was a great host and very accommodating! I cannot wait to visit again.

Everything was great! The road to the guesthouse was a bit dark in the evening and the cab had to drop me off a bit further away, but other than that I loved everything!

Very good location, the Bangrak Pier and the airport are only a couple minutes away. The sea is also only a couple of meters away, so you can watch the beautiful sunset. The room was clean and comfy, and if you want you can grab some drinks at the hotel bar. I had some really nice chats with the owners Anna & Lucas. They also helped me to organise a scooter and a taxi. I will definitely come back when I'm in Samui! Greetings Stefan

I had a great time here, Lucas (the owner) was very friendly and was available to help or resolve any issue. This is basically a one house that has 3 rooms to host guests, there's also a bar & a resturant on the bottom floor with some great food
