Lovely new rooms, with an incredible view! Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand, the staff were extremely helpful also. We nearly didn’t book due to 1 review as being so new… so glad we did now! Thanks to all The team at 79 beach club.

So I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler, my partner and I split up while we were on holiday and I was feeling super upset and stressed due to various things. The staff here were amazing and very friendly, ensuring my safety and comfort needs were met. I didn’t feel lonely because staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s a situated right on the beachfront and it’s not too far away from Bangor ferry dock. My favourite thing about the hotel is the bar in the swimming pool. I think that’s a very nice touch. Breakfast is really good, I recommend eggs Benedict. They also do amazing cocktails, possibly the best piña colada I’ve ever had. I stayed in two rooms over two nights whilst I was at the 79 Beach club resort. I started in a standard room which is beautiful. The balcony overlooks the main road but it’s not too loud and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I then moved into the deluxe suite and it was absolutely stunning. You get your own private pool and mini bar to make your own cocktails which again has a lovely touch. Everywhere you look feels like luxury and it is incredibly clean. I also found that out of all of the places I’ve been in Thailand there was significantly less mosquitoes and I didn’t get a bit anywhere near as much as I did everywhere else! (Mosquitoes seem to love me) I would definitely come back here and stay again.

I liked the pool and the food.

I didn’t like the music which was too loud and there were lots of kids even though it said adults only.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! This place is absolutely exceptional in every way - the rooms are brand new and clean as a whistle and the view of the ocean and pool is extraordinary. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and kind, and you get so many bonuses - free breakfast (really good breakfast), cocktail set in your room, free beach bed at the beach club every day plus a free drink (which is always delicious). We spent almost every day at the beach club - incredible service, amazing vibe and beautiful beach. Literally paradise.

Keep in mind this is a beach club - so house music plays very loudly from 11am - 11pm. I recommend bringing earplugs ! It’s worth it!

Very modern, lovely pool, very nice room!

It wasn’t made clear that you had to pay for certain sunbeds/tables around the pool when we arrived. They also tried to scam us out of our 2000bht deposit by hiding an umbrella under the bed and saying we had lost it. We hadn’t touched any umbrellas but luckily I checked under the bed to see the umbrella so knew it was there when they tried to hold our deposit.

From getting the room key to leaving the hotel nothing was an issue and the staff was all excellent. Fabulous breakfast so make sure you include it in your package Fab facilities in the rooms and around the hotel The pools and sunbeds are plentiful and great to laze around and be pampered .

I would say the only issue is the music does go on and on but it's a beach club and I have to expect that . The music is great however

Lovely clean big rooms, lovely added touches with the free mini bar topped up everyday and the cocktail making drawer. Breakfast was very good and staff were lovely

It wasn’t adults only in the day a lot of kids running round the pool area which wasn’t very relaxing. It was also quiet by the pool in the day and evenings.

New, super clean room. Cocktail mix amenities in the room Minibar included Seaview Comfortable, big bed Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby Clear concept noticeable (design, gastronomy, Service etc.)

Music too loud at the reception area. Could start a bit later with party mode (maybe as of 2pm iso noon...) Breakfast options a bit "over-engineered'. A simple scramble egg with potato and bacon would also work.

I stayed for 1 night in December, and despite check-in late, the experience was excellent. I was greeted warmly by the staff- Mr. Eve who was genuinely kind and provided outstanding service. He made the check in process smooth and pleasant. The room was modern, new and clean, they do made the guest comfort. Overall , I had the positive experience and would choose to stay here again. Thanks to 79 team for making my stay enjoyable.

Lovely beachfront place with a huge pool (beach club), clean & cute rooms, cafe/restaurant. It's very new and strikes a wonderful balance between natural and modern. The location is very handy being close to the airport and a ferry wharf. Staff were most helpful and very kindly walked me with suitcase to the ferry with an umbrella in the rain.
