The pools were nice and located right on the beach. The bungalow was small but cute and separated enough so you couldn’t hear others.

Definitely could have been a little cleaner. Only fan in room so it was very hot. Many lizards were in my room as well as some bugs.

The Side sea view room was excellent. Pools Lovely

My son and family had the garden view rooms which are over the other side of the road, It was very dated and they could not sue the sink as it did not work

All areas of this hotel were cleaned every day. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn't use the pools but people seem to have enjoyed them and they were always clean. The restaurant's food was great and not too expensive (more than I am used to in other areas of Thailand, but cheaper than most other restaurants in the area.

Traveling from and to the piers isn't very comfortable and the roads are not well-kept. There aren't many sidewalks, and walking next to the road can be a bit daunting. This side of the island doesn't have much to offer for the gay community.

Very friendly and helpful staff; due to circumstances we had to stay longer and they made every effort to find other bungalows. The best were the Beach Front Villa and Scenic Beach Front with private terrace and beautiful sea views. Many restaurants in the nearby area. The resort was close to the airport approach route, but hardly caused any inconvenience.

Besides sun beds, 2 extra chairs on the terrace would have been nice. We didn't ask, but otherwise I'm sure it would have been arranged.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the on-site bar/restaurant was good. Happy hour all day every day! The room was nice, large size but the shower was terrible! Hot water but felt like you were washing with a hose pipe. The pool beachfront view is incredible, the location is perfect for us.

Room could have been a little more modern maybe with a better bathroom suite, but other than that not much to complain about! We loved it for 3 nights and would definitely return.

Clean, nice view from the room and a good, small pool. Close to restaurants, 7/11 and the airport. Stayed here one night as we landed late and travelled onwards to Koh Phangan the next morning.

The noise of the airplanes landing and departing right above might be something you wouldn’t want were you to stay a week or two. Breakfast menu could be a little more extensive. Bedside tables and reading lamps would be nice. The beach is swimable but not your typical white sand and blue water type of beach.

Infinity pool next to the beach is absolutely amazing. You feel at paradise while swimming looking coconut trees and the beach. Bungalows where we stayed were also really good. They are in the middle of nature and make you feel you are at paradise. Staff was exceptional, they helped us all time and they carried our luggages and us from hotel reception to the bungalows. If I go back to Koh Samui I would repeat my stay with them for sure. I totally recommed this incredible hotel.

3 swimming pools and right on the beachfront, couldn’t ask for more. Room felt very private as it was its own bungalow, with a good amount of room inside as well as a small table and chairs outside. 2 good restaurants within the hotel, as well as many more nearby within walking distance. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottles of water. Planes not an issue at all, they’re quite infrequent, and watching them take off and land never gets old. Excellent value for money.

Very poor water pressure for both shower and sink. Some places are far away on the island which can make it difficult to get to, although there is no perfect location as everything is dotted about.

Very convenient stop off en route between Koh Phangan and Samui airport - I always spend a couple of nights here on the way home because of the precariousness of boats between the islands. When the boats were suspended in December 2022 - I could not get to my reservation, but they did not charge me because I could not get to the hotel - cool! Pools are great - top up the tan before going home. Easy access to convenience supermarkets and airport - chilled way to end a trip. Staff are very friendly and competent.

Having to use your own cell phone to call room service is not cool. Now you have to pay for taxi service to airport - but that is reasonable. They might consider waiving the cost of a bottle of water for the occupant of a junior suite considering the price difference ...
