The pools were nice and located right on the beach. The bungalow was small but cute and separated enough so you couldn’t hear others.

Definitely could have been a little cleaner. Only fan in room so it was very hot. Many lizards were in my room as well as some bugs.

Great location near the airport and right on the beach, room was lovely with plenty of space, cleaned daily and a large bathroom fabulous views over the sea and pool. Pool and all areas were kept very clean and staff were very friendly and attentive. Resturant food was good with beautiful views of the sea plenty of choice and both the food and drinks were cheap for a hotel we loved our stay in this hotel a family of 2 adults and 17 year old would stay again excellent value for money !

There was only a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but we just got a bolt taxi to Bohput which was about £7 as hotel was a very good price we didn’t mind paying for taxis, the same hotel in Bohput would have been twice the price !

Super friendly and helpful staff. We had forgotten our daughter’s stuffed toy, and the reception kindly sent it back to us by mail — really appreciated! The beachfront pool is beautiful, clean, and very pleasant. There’s also a second pool on the garden side, which is also very nice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. On the plus side, the area is quiet in the evening, which is great if you're traveling with family.

One small issue (our fault): we had booked two rooms for the family. One had air conditioning, but the other only had a fan — and it was really hot in that second room. The next day, I asked to switch rooms and paid a small extra fee to get one with air conditioning — it was much better. Make sure to double-check the room features and options when booking. The hotel is located quite far from Fisherman’s Village, so you’ll need to take a Grab to get there. If you plan to go out often, consider using Grab or renting a scooter or car.

Close to airport & all amenities. Car parking space. Lovely swimming pools & beach front. Pleased to have to have the hotel buggy service as my husband has walking difficulties but unfortunately it was not always available. Cleanliness of whole resort very good. No loud noise around the resort also good. Generally very plesant staff.

We had the impression that the beach side restaurant wanted to close fairly early in the evening & surprised that certain alcoholic drinks ran out even though it was not that busy with customers during our stay. Sad that there were only 3 cushions for all the seats at the tables in the restaurant & only seemed to be 3 menus to order from as we were a family of 4. I understand it is quiet season but was very surprised that most local bars were not open until evening if at all.

Lovely sea front pool side lounge area. Garden apartments very nice and fitting location wise. Spacious rooms/apartments. Staff were great at providing transfers into other areas of Samui and the airport at any time request.

We were a little far from main reception if there were any issues. Fan room needs more than 1 fan - the rooms are far too hot with the outside heat just for one fan per room. One of our rooms had gaps in the doorframe so outside bugs/gekkos were able to get in. Lots of gaps inside the walls where ants were coming in from. Was really hard to cross the road to get to the other side of the resort just based on the busy location.

The Side sea view room was excellent. Pools Lovely

My son and family had the garden view rooms which are over the other side of the road, It was very dated and they could not sue the sink as it did not work

The staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location Is good and it is a short ride to the Fisherman's Village. The hotel is right on the beach and the views are stunning.

Some of the rooms are in need of an upgrade. Make sure you book beach side and check the pictures to ensure you get a room that has been upgraded. It's very close to the airport and the planes fly overhead every half hour or so. This is a bit irritating, but the hotel is cheap and cheerful to reflect this.

All areas of this hotel were cleaned every day. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn't use the pools but people seem to have enjoyed them and they were always clean. The restaurant's food was great and not too expensive (more than I am used to in other areas of Thailand, but cheaper than most other restaurants in the area.

Traveling from and to the piers isn't very comfortable and the roads are not well-kept. There aren't many sidewalks, and walking next to the road can be a bit daunting. This side of the island doesn't have much to offer for the gay community.

After we have upgraded our room to the one with a pool view - it was just marvellous! Clean spacious room with direct pool access. Very friendly stuff, most of them speaking enough English.

Do not take garden room - that was the first one we booked... in a much worse area of the hotel, close to reconstruction. The room was crazily small - I would not even be able to open my suitcase there. It seems like these were two different hotels...

Great location. Walk to food. Food was good on site. Very friendly staff. Awesome infinity pool looking at the ocean.

Nothing that was a deal breaker. The planes take off and land over hotel but this airport only has a few flights in the morning and a few flights at night so it’s not really a big inconvenience. We cancelled another part of our trip just to stay here longer
