Best place we have stayed in a long time in thailand, super clean and modern. Huge rooms and balcony. Water pressure really good, fresh smelling towels and bedding also a modern hair dryer fitted in the bathroom. Staff on reception are really friendly and helpful, secure entrance to building as well a security guard in the evening. Shaded parking and the added bonus that room had smart tv as well as functioning kitchen area. Will 100% be coming back here as its only a 3 min walk to the beach perfect location and very comfortable stay, i did not want to leave.

Nothing…if i had to be picky i would say a full length mirror in the bedroom would be nice but did not effect me to much.

Nice, new place (only a few months old, I think). The room was clean, no creepy crawlies, linens & towels were soft, AC worked well, and a nice kitchenette area with a fridge was perfect for keeping food. The room comes with toilet paper, tissues, dental kits, and water everyday. Staff is really friendly and helpful and laundry service was reasonable. The hotel is located on the north side opposite the busy beaches, so it's quiet at night but there's still plenty of beach side restaurants and cafes. The beach is just across the street and it's mostly deserted during the days so you get it all to yourself!

Mattress was really hard and took a bit to get used to. The wifi was spotty at times even though every room comes with its on router. The cleaning staff started pretty, early around 9 AM on some days, and it felt like I was being rushed out of the room at times because they wanted to get your room cleaned ASAP. The shower curtain in the bathroom is disgusting and I tried not to touch it -- they definitely need to be replacing it more often!

Great hotel near the beach and bunch of cafes and restaurants. Great and helpful owners and staff as well! Stayed there few times, and every time it’s a pleasant stay!

good clean room close to the airport and organised transfers for us

What's not to like. It met all expectations and more. The room was very clean and spacious and had all amenities needed. Air con system was brilliant, had a safe, decent size fridge, kettle, microwave ,hair dryer and satellite TV. Also had a good size balcony to sit where you get the sun all morning but can get very hot out there. It had parking for my bike round the back which was undercover so its kept shaded all day. Excellent stay!!!

Their check in time closes at 6, so if you check in later, they have separate instructions for you. Location is fine, lots to do. Full moon party speedboat transfer was a 7 minute walk. Airport is close enough (10-15 mins). Room was very clean and spacious. Either the other guests were very quiet or the rooms are thick enough where you don’t hear everybody. Full balcony outside.

What a lovely and comfortable place! Right in the heart of Bangrak, near beach, airport, lots of nice restaurants and shops. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the beds are so comfortable! Really quiet at night. Free parking and a restaurant right next door that also delivers breakfast or lunch, dinner at the room. Will stay again!

We enjoyed our brief one night stay at J and Ariya Hotel. The room was clean and very spacious with lots of storage. The bed was super comfy. We liked the kitchenette with microwave, fridge and kettle. The shower was warm and shampoo & body shower gel were provided. The receptionist also arranged for us to get an early morning taxi to the airport which was really helpful. The hotel is close to Bangrak pier and walkable to cafes and restaurants.

Great location, really spacious room.

There was a construction site next door and they would start making noise at 8am but would stop after an hour or 2. It only really bothered me the first time but it's something to be aware of if you are staying for longer than a few nights and hoping to get an undisturbed sleep in the morning.

Great location, great price. Lovely room. If you want a base to explore the island from, this is the place. You're not paying for a view, but that doesn't matter as beach and bars just across the road.
