Location, beach right at your feet. 7/11 less than 5 minute walk. Bangkrac cafe across the road great breakfast options. Numerous bars restaurants are not far away. No noticeable noise at night, curtains block out most of the light but not totally dark. Complimentary bottles of water daily, I stayed 13 nights in total. Beach towels supplied and a clothes drier rack outside the room. Staff very pleasant.

If you are allergic to dogs make sure that you inform the owners as I noticed that some rooms guests had their pets with them. Not that they were barking. If I had to pick a negative it would be the steps down to the accommodation are a bit steep. Not a huge amount of spare space for two big suitcases, I was on my own and was able to manage, but two people might struggle. Other rooms might be more spacious, so not so much as negatives but more of an observation.

I had the beachfront room (#106), and it was great. The view from the room is awesome, and there is an outdoor table and chairs right on the beachside. It's just a few steps to the beach. Deck chairs are available on the beach, which is nice. The room was clean and spacious enough. I only stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer! The owner is really friendly and provides a ride to the airport, which I think was cheaper than Grab's price. It was nice to chat with him.

Not the biggest "resort". Awesome if you are happy to leave to eat (which is well worth it!)

You have direct access to the beach, it was right by it. The staff was extremely helpful. You can a change of beach towels daily. They have a paid taxi service

They have a pool on the premises but only accessible to one unit. It could’ve been my lack of comprehension but on the page it seemed like everyone had access to it, but the person who books that particular unit will have it right outside their door type of thing. That’s my only critique of the place.

No pool and lots of rules. If you accidentally broke a glass you had to pay 50tb. The list went on Our room over looked the busy road. They were no gift shops we walk for over 30 minutes and couldn't find one.

Close to the airport - really friendly transfer to the ferry. Very efficient- would stay again if needed a quick stop-over in Samui. Air Conditioning worked well - room was clean and large enough to repack suitcases. Nice view of the ocean to wake up to before an early ferry ride.

N/A - everything was as expected for the price. Staff were super lovely and helped me with anything I needed. Like booking a ferry ticket and driving me to the ferry station. Really great stop over for a solo traveller on a budget.

The location was great for us , walk onto the beach, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh bottled water . The staff were lovely.

Nothing wrong with the property as such , though little things could be sorted , like the bedside electric s and the door sealants , but for the price , you can’t complain .

we loved this location so much. it wasn’t super wild but it still had a lot going on with amazing restaurants, street food, shopping and different beaches really nearby, and the backyard beach!! we were also able to do a short-ish walk to both the big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem (which was absolutely breathtaking! we preferred wat plai) and we also used the kayak that was available for free at the property, it was so fun! thanks for everything we’ll never forget our first time on Koh Samui.

room was a tad bit hot at times because you can’t run the AC while you’re away with your keycard, but it didn’t take long to cool the room once turned on :)

Great stay for one night before going to the airport this morning. This place is clean, has everything you need, beach is lovely, is close to loads of cafes and restaurants but you can hire motorbikes through the reception too which were cheap and easy. We used the taxi service from the boat and this morning to the airport was very good. Would definitely stay again

We chose this spot because we had an early morning flight to catch. It was just what we needed for a night! It's well-located, clean, and direct beach access. The staff were very friendly and helped us to coordinate a taxi in the morning.

We stayed in the cheapest room option and it wasn't very private- the rooms faced each other. But this isn't a big deal if you're like us and just needing a place to sleep! Would stay here again.
