Charlie is a super host. Rooms are really big, great location with lots of food options nearby .. recommend KOB cafe for brunch and lunch … amazing !!! We did an overnight on our way back from Ko Paghnan and it was just a few minutes walk from the ferry. Charlie organised the taxi to the airport cheaper than any of the apps. He was very attentive.

There are 2/3 dogs next door that didn’t stop barking the whole night. At 5.30am I gave up trying to sleep and did some work until the coffee shops opened! Not the owners fault but something by that should be noted if you’re a light sleeper. I was awake 4/5 times because of them. The property is very very cute but maybe take earplugs

Location was at the end of a very rough dirt road so I'd suggest you get a taxi organised that knows exactly where to go. Outside unassuming but once inside there is a small pool surrounded by 4 very clean and well thought out rooms. Each one had its own outside seating area with a shelf of books and a chair. We arrived late from our flight and were greeted at the front gate. When we left for our next destination the following day the hotel organised a taxi and it was seamless. Before we left we walked to the main road (a few minutes) where there was a variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from for breakfast.

The dirt track the hotel is on makes it feel a bit remote, but then again it was quiet as it was away from the main road. But I wouldn't want to be walking down it at night.

Everything. The host was super nice and friendly. He offered to arrange us a taxi to the several locations and everything was on time for a good price. The place seems brand new and is spotless clean. The rooms are huge and very well-furnished.

There is no breakfast available but this is not a problem as there are many cafes and restaurants super close to the hotel (2-3 min walk).

We stayed at the nest on our final night in Koh Samui as it is close to the bangrak port and airport. We wish we had longer, it has a lovely peaceful atmosphere, a relaxing pool, a big comfy bed and lovely decking with a little book corner to do some reading. It is off a main road so more private but close to shops, restaurants and 7/11. I would highly recommend if you are after a peaceful place to stay.

Very clean and new - small; maybe about 4 units. I liked my room very spacious and bathroom had a nice skylight. AC worked well and quickly. Stayed because it was in between Pralarn Pier and airport. No front desk but staff around during the day. Very nice shared common spaces including pool, microwave, and outdoor seating area.

Not much - it is 2 minute walk in on dirt road; not bad but can be less ideal at night or with luggage

A was really not expecting this , tis price for a really big room , everything was new and very clean. Good airco, , big freezer , bed and shower . There was even a kitchen in it. Nearby the Airport. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport 6.00 in the morning. Perfect The place is protected bij a big gate ( you got a key for that)

The small road in the alley, to get to the nest needs some attention

Situated just off the main road in the Bangrak area down a gravel track. 5 mins walk to any of the piers. The pool area is always spotless with the staff constantly sweeping and cleaning. The rooms are big and have everything you need. You can leave your bags after check out as well if you are getting a later ferry or flight. The lady the seemingly runs the place is very pleasant and always happy to help.

We had stayed in many hotels and this is by far the cleanest and most well presented hotel we stayed in Thailand. Charlie is a fantastic host and lovely man. He helped me with many questions and also educated me on the local area. Also, arranged taxi to the airport for the following morning. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed for more! Great location near to airport and piers and located close to fisherman’s village market which is must! I hope we visit here again one day soon.

The Nest is immaculate. All of the facilities are as described / pictured. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is extremely convenient to the airport.

As it is near the airport, we were awake at 4:30AM due to other travellers making noise as they departed for their early flights. This is not the accommodations fault. However, something to consider if you were to stay here longer than a night or two.

The Nest is a hidden gem very close to the ferry piers and a 15-minute-drive from the airport. Everything is well equiped, new and clean. All the rooms are arranged around the nice little pool in the courtyard with trees and an open kitchen. Charlie is a very kind host who organised a shuttle to the airport for us at a very reasonable prize.
