We had a pleasant stay overall, though there were a few drawbacks. The hotel is located near a busy street, but surprisingly, we didn’t hear any noise from our room. The street view isn’t anything special, but once inside, the pool area is quite nice and relaxing. The reception staff were generally kind and welcoming. The hotel proudly displays awards it received between 2017 and 2019, and I believe it was deserving of them back then. Breakfast is served across the street, and there's always a friendly staff member helping guests cross safely, stopping traffic if needed. The breakfast itself was consistently good and enjoyable. We visited during Songkran, and the hotel organized a beautiful beachfront buffet dinner for guests, complete with a fire show. It was truly a lovely experience and a highlight of our stay! All in all, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. One thing to keep in mind: swimming in the sea isn’t recommended in this area due to jellyfish, so we spent our time by the pool instead. Would I book this hotel again? Probably yes—but if I return to Koh Samui, I might be curious to try somewhere new for a different experience!

During check-out, we had to ask twice for corrections on our bill, which wasn't accurate at first. The receptionist seemed a bit annoyed with us for double-checking, which left a slightly negative impression at the end. It’s starting to show signs of aging, and could benefit from some renovations here and there. Nothing major—still clean and nice—but it's noticeable. Dining at the hotel was tasty, but quite expensive, as were the cocktails. So while the quality was there, it felt a bit overpriced.

Beautiful pool which we could see directly from the room and direct beach access. The hotel was, unfortunately, a taxi ride from all of the amenities we wanted which was expensive.

The additional bed which I requested was a sofa bed which was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The food in the hotel was very disappointing. The majority of the food was Thai but if the hotel want's to attract western customers, they need to improve the menu to cater for western tastes. Also, for breakfast, we had to walk across the road. This had limited seats and on occasions we had to sit in the cooking section which was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning. I believe that a hotel of this 'quality' should have its own restaurant.

Water pressure in shower too inconsistent and time to get hot water too long needs fixing. Fridge could be bigger to include freezing area for ice cream More cushions with outside furniture as not enough to sit comfortable with 2 people

Friendly staff, nice pool area (and we had a room with direct access to the pool). Rooms are comfortable and loving the comfy bed & sheets! Very clean & tidy hotel 😊

Breakfast was quite limited with its options but loved the freshly prepared eggs upon your wish. The hotel / pool area is quite noisy in the evening especially if staying in one of the rooms near pool.

The beachfront hotel is located in Bangrak and only 5 minute taxi from Fishermans village. Excellent friendly staff always willing to assist you, i.e. booking taxi and guiding for what you are looking for. Breakfast cafe is located opposite the hotel, which offers a good breakfast and again friendly staff. Visited for my wife's birthday and they surprised her with a cake in reception. The hotel, has a bar and serves good food at reasonable prices, you have the option of a pool access room or prime ocean view, I prefer the ocean view, overlooking Koh Phanghan. I would highly recommend this hotel and will 100% be staying again, shops, all within a minutes walk. Quick recommendation, try the Secret Garden restaurant (beachfront) , only 30 metres from the hotel. Not expensive and excellent food.

Dislikes which I raised with staff whilst their, some of the breakfast options were cold as the heater candle had finished, cleaning of room on 2 occasions was very late (4pm).

Terrific pool, property is right on the beach.

Smokers. There are tables to sit at one end of the pool but once one of these is occupied by smokers it is terrible for anybody else. The street outside the hotel is in poor condition for pedestrians. proximity to Fisherman's Village understated.

I like the location, friendly staff who were very communicative.and prepared to help. They prepared really pretty and rich variety of food for new years eve. Wifi connection was good.

I didnt like that towels were not very clean, breakfast was good but not many choices. Hotels is not good enough for 5 stars, furniture is little old.

Best bed of all hotels in my life. Proximity of beach. Warm Sea in November. Breakfeast servise wonderfool. Staff very friendly. Compare to other beaches ( f.e Chaweng) this place is quiet,much better to relax and swimm not so crowded.

I recommend replace insufficient curtains with new technology to prevent lights shining to the rooms from outside. Also swich off repetitively All day music by swimming pool, which disturbs.
