Very friendly und helpful staff, wunderful location - 2 minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurant, almost at the sea, in a very nice and quiet garden.Everything was clean. Recommended for backpackers, young couples for short stay. Simple bungalow with sitting area in front of it with the view in the garden. It has its image. Good with money. I can recommend.

There was a small problem with a washbasin in the bathroom when we arrived but the staff tried to solve the situation very quickly.

The location was good, approximately in the middle of Lamai and easily within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. The area where my bungalow was situated was well spread out. I opted for a fan, en-suite toilet and cold shower with a double bed, all basic but reflected in the price. The staff were efficient and friendly and carried one of my bags to the bungalow and showed me the lay out and how to gain the wi-fi. I thought the bungalow was great value for money with an added bonus of being able to sit outside at a table and sip a cold beer.

A cute, little cottage style room with private bathroom. Bed was a little hard for me, but staff were quick to add a topper to my mattress to make it more to my liking. The staff were excellent and went over and above to make my stay comfortable. Note: no air-conditioning in bungalows, but large powerful fan was more than adequate.

First of all everybody was scaring us when we read threw the revieuws. But its a very nice place to stay and really cheap as well. The room is tiny but nice and the shower is a bit creepy but they made sure no animals can come in witch is nice. Take the one with the van! Otherwise its really hot. But a nice place to stay for 4/5 days!!

The location was ideal in that it was tucked away but walking distance to Lamai Beach, shops, and some attractions. Bungalow setup was like your small house and allowed for privacy.

Proximity to the staff area, can hear bit of noise coming from the back of my bungalow.

Perfect location. Lovely staff. Comfortable bed and pillows! Had a really good night sleep. Cabin didn’t get too hot.

Toilet wasn’t completely closed off to outdoors so had to keep door shut so bugs didn’t come in. Walls and floor boards to cabin were thin. Any complaints are expected due to price paid.

Good location for Lamai, walking distance for food. Staff really helpful, printed our visas for us, welcoming and helping with bags. Clean, good value for money.

Only stayed one night so was perfect for the stopover, had all the basics, bit noisy outside.

We had a lovely stay in this centrally situated, close to the beach accommodation! We chose the simplest room which was great value - and we had the use of the fridge, microwave and hot and cold water for drinks! The family who run this place are wonderful and so helpful, and we would certainly recommend it!

I don’t even know where to start, the stay was just sooo much more than we were expecting, especially for the price. first of all the girl from the desk is just an angel. we fell completely in love with her sunny and kind nature :) it’s the best thing when you’re being greeted daily with a warm smile on the face☺️ she helped us for all kinds of things and she always made us feel very welcome. there is a kitchen and we were allowed to prepare our own food there, which we did every day. the bungalow we booked was basic, but comfortable and we were very happy with everything.

Good location, 5 min walk to the beach. great food around. laundry machine for 40 baht. clean bungalows. nice staff. towels, toilet paper is there. the bed is clean and smells fresh

SEX: we spent 3 nights and our neighbours had really loud sex every night and evening we even woke up a few times. when we asked them to be quiet they didier care or stop. -> you can hear your neighbours and definitely shouldnt stay here with children!!!!!!! (the staff didn’t do a aufging about it as well) BATHROOM: the windows from the bathroom are not closed ( but no one can look inside!!) so that there are ants and mosquitoes ( especially when you shower at night with light) = can’t have light after sunset !! bring a mosquito net for the bed !!!
