Nice room, clean facilities, lovely pool with plenty of space, walking distance to nice beach

Communication wasn't good. We had requested in advance the sofa bed be made up plus one extra bed for our children - when we arrived no sofa bed made up and a babies cot (for an 8 yr old!) staff very rarely seen other than on check in, and not hugely helpful when they were there and were asked questions!

the first night I came there was a really nice lady at the reception she helped me a lot and really tried her best in whatever questions I had. the room was clean and the bathroom as well the black worked perfectly and the pool in front of the sea was great. I didn’t use it but I sat beside it to eat some of my breakfasts. was very quiet and peaceful

not much actually, a very nice place maybe the fact that there wasn’t any elevator was a bit uncomfortable but I got through it

Beachfront, very chill cottages, good restaurant and nice spot at the beach. Very handy and practical for holiday mood. Good wifi.

There was no cattle inside the room (but one is provided in common areas); I missed some places to hang stuff in the room.

Was walking distance to lots of things both on the street and via the beach. Basic and comfortable. The rooms are massive and I had a nice seaview

You could hear the people in the next rooms, mind you they were very loud.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I arrived late after my flight delay and they offered me more time ar the hotel at no cost. Great location. Beautiful beach. Close proximity to restaurants.

Nice hotel right on Lamai beach with direct access to the beach and a pool for those who prefer confined waters.

Room very good and nice balcony overlooking the beach. Quiet but hardly anyone in the hotel.

Facilities not yet opened. Pool a bit tired, sunbeds, gym, table tennis closed. No kettle in room. Beach bar not as good or cheap as the Bamboo bar next to it.
