Great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean with a balcony, and the bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is the best I’ve seen at this price point. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they assist with laundry, taxi, scooter rental and more. They even went out of their way to drive me to the airport. I can’t recommend it enough for this price! I had a very pleasant stay.

Here are a few minor things I noticed: - You have to ask the receptionist for a pool towel. - There's no coffee/tea provided in the rooms; it's only available at the reception. - The WiFi was a bit weak, but after moving to the other side of the room, it improved. - The shower head was stuck in an awkward position. - It would be nice to have more towels. I mentioned all of this to the staff, and they assured me that they are working on it, so that's good news!

The staff were very nice, the place was well kept and clean, they provided housekeeping daily as desired and did a very good clean including fresh towels. Rooms were very spacious. You had your own balcony and there was also a pool which was nice to relax by.

Slightly far from the beach, about a 15 minute walk but they had scooter parking which was nice.

Location was great, really clean and had a great overall atmosphere. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. Close to the good parts of Lamai, but not too close to where it’s too crowded to get out. Great room as well. Overall awesome stay!

The owners are very nice and welcoming. When we had a problem with our room the first night, they were very caring and understanding and were quick to offer a solution. The pool area is nice.

Because the rooms and balconies face each other, there wasn't really that much privacy and the first 2 nights we had some noise from the room facing ours. We mentioned this to the owners however and the other nights were fine.

This family run hotel is one of the best if not the best in Thailand. From the minute you check in to check out the staff cannot do enough for you here. Two bottles of water left on your door every morning before you’ve even stepped out the room. Fresh towels & beach towels provided daily. They can’t help you enough I really can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very nice place! The staff are so lovely and the rooms were very clean and beds were super comfy! Would definitely recommend we loved our time here! You may need to hire a scooter to get into town and the beach :)

Spacious room and bathroom. Full width glazed doors to large balcony. Comfortable bed and excellent AC. The swimming pool is nice. Motor cycle hire arranged from site. This hotel is not quite in central Lamai so you will have to get short taxi journey to places, or hire a car / motor bike. A super clean place, so peaceful and quiet, wonderful staff- probably the best 3 * hotel I’ve stayed in.

One thing the balcony is close to the opposite room.so at night if you sit outside .be quiet and respectful. Only thing ...apart from that great

Great Pool, great area and the Lady of this hotel was absolutely lovely! Also everyday cleaning, in general great staff! We even extended our stay :)

The hotel was quite perfect. The location was great, very close to clubs and bars if you’re looking for it but far enough away to be quiet and private. Bed was very comfortable and the air con was strong and worked well

Our kettle had not been cleaned. We kept finding little maggots in our room and we were confused as to where they came from. Only when I opened the kettle I found a black mess inside full of maggots. This was quite disgusting, however the staff were apologetic and replaced the kettle with a spotless brand new one very quickly. The wifi wasn’t always perfect but when it did work it worked well
