The property was very nice. Clean, comfortable. Has everything you need. An iron, hair fan, fridge, stove and etc. Got an early check in which was 👌. The manager a superb guy. Would recommend staying for a longer period.

Not about the property, but It was my own fault. I did not see that taxes were not included when booking this property. I paid more in taxes than the booking itself. My mistake, but be aware. Besides that nothing I didint like.

Beautiful accommodation, about 20 mins walk from the beach but there are many restaurants, bars and shops on the way there. The room has an equipped kitchen, iron, rails to hang clothes, fridge, AC, etc. It's spacious and comfortable with a lovely shared swimming pool.

The water temperature in the shower was playing up. The price on the site has an additional tax that isn't included, so count with 1.5x of what you are seeing. There's a cash deposit to pay at the property too but it's not unique to this place. There is a cute cat on the property, it's worth letting them know in advance if you have allergies because the cat walks freely in and out of the rooms.

It was completely worth the price- in the best way possible!

Laundry service took longer than we were told (a day longer) and we had to rush to pack hours before we needed to leave because they weren’t dry yet. No big deal but was something to note.

Everything was perfect, Francois is a genuine lovely guy, pool was great for a cool off in the day and acess to shops and restaurants very close by but a lovely quiet location. Highly recommend

The villa is located 20 min walk from the centre, but if you’re renting a bike, it takes 4 min. The host was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

awesome accommodation

-Very nice area, lots of greenery, palm tree view, clean pool. -After cleaning (which is once a week) they leave a block of drinking water. -You can rent a bike right on the spot. -Hot water in the shower and good water pressure. -The Wi-Fi worked well. -Each room has air conditioning. -At first, the kitchen stove did not work, but the administration resolved this issue within 3 days so that at least one stove was working.

-As for a villa, cleaning once a week is not enough. - Very poor noise insulation between rooms, also you can hear everything from the street, at night and at early morning its annoying. -Ideally, if the owners put more than 2 chairs near the dining table:) Also pay your attention that it takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the beach. We had hoped to take a bike, but the traffic was very crazy (even for Asia). In other resorts in Thailand, we always took a bike, but in Koh Samui we made an exception. So if you are a beginner or do not have much driving experience, it is better not to count on a motorbike in this case.
