We stayed for 8 nights and absolutely loved the quietness of the site. Perfect choice for anyone who appreciates privacy in a natural setting. Public pool felt like a private pool for us as there weren't many other guests at the time of our stay. Our bungalow was simple – some room amenities are a bit worn out – but lovely, with a super comfy bed and small private terrace looking out over the amazing jungle (our room was at the edge of the property). Maria, the check-in receptionist was exceptionally helpful on whatever questions we had, and helped organise a private car when nearby rentals were fully booked on our first day. Any issues (e.g. broken water kettle) were also dealt with quickly.

We had the "breakfast included" option. It was freshly made, but not huge. It was ok enough for us, but if you need a big breakfast, you might opt for à la carte or eat out.

Very lovely hotel, perfect for a couple of nights. It had the comfiest bed and the room was very aesthetic. It was very pretty, had good air con and a fridge. The staff were all very lovely and they have a free transfer to Lamai beach hotel. The bed was very clean with crisp white sheets.

The bathroom was a little grimy and the robes had stains on them. The breakfast included was not good, I ordered French toast and pancakes and they came plain with nothing to accompany them. I ordered a bread roll and it was a slightly toasted burger bun? Strange. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I asked if they could do anything special, they said they would get back to me but never did and nothing was done. Not a big deal but a little disappointing. I can see how people would be disappointed if they came for a longer holiday but we really enjoyed our 2 night stay as backpackers!

I loved how quiet the hotel was, barely crossed paths with other guests which sometimes is nice to have a peaceful feeling

The only things that I wasn’t to happy with 1. The shower has the toilet inside like a shower/toilet wet room. I didn’t like this because it felt unclean, showering with a toilet and also the toilet and tissue paper would get soaked every time. 2. There isn’t a gym in this one however they allowed us to get the free shuttle to the beach hotel and use the gym there.

Beautiful place in the jungle foothills with luxurious amenities. One of the most stylish hotels on island. You can come with free shuttle to beach side in the same hotel property and spent whole day in quiet beach under the banyan tree near hotel restaurant with bird singing.

Didn’t find anything that can spoil my impression. But to meet your expectations, that it can look not like sparkling brilliant 5 star luxury hotel in UAE. It’s really close to nature and that’s why you can hear birds early morning and can have something like flies, bugs or mice or squirrels near your room, thats normal.

Reception, our room, restaurant and the pool were lovely! Bed was extremely comfortable and food in restaurant was great with quick service. Staff were also great.

Some areas of the hotel seemed to have been in a state of disrepair and the advertised photos of spa facilities are currently not in use in village. For this reason I would advise that may not be worth the money, you can use the sister hotel which I believe has these facilities but we did not have the opportunity to go this visit.

We loved the pool, and the general vibe of the jungle resort. The bungalows were very nice and unique.

Breakfast was a little lacking, with many of the buffet options slow to refill or left out too long so the juice/water was warm. The villa was very nice but could do with some maintenance, which was expected due to the cost. Paint peeling, broken doors and bin, also the hot water kept stopping which wasn’t a big deal considering the heat.

It is quite literally in the jungle. The city is not far away if you have a scooter, though. Very calm environment. You can also use their another hotel which is by the sea and use their pool there for free as well.

The staff barely spoke english, it was very hard to communicate in case we needed some help; there was constantly one towel missing.

The customer service at this place is incredible, the villa is located in a rainforest, the pool is incredible, and the food/ restaurant was definitely a massive highlight of our trip. The company is huge on health which i absolutely loved, the food was healthy and so fresh which is kind of rare when travelling - we ended up eating all of our meals at the hotels restaurant cause it was reasonably priced and delicious - I recommend the salmon quinoa YUM! There are two 'Spa Villas' in Koh Samui - one which is a rainforest type and one by the beach. We stayed at both and both were amazing! There is a shuttle bus 4/5 times a day that takes you in between the two villas so its accessible to go to the amenities at both which is so great! The bed was really comfy and the views/ photos were great! Bring mosquito spray (or buy some at 711) the hotel does have things in place to try and stop them but they were around!

the resort was pretty excluded, for our girls trip this was not ideal (the company ended up helping us out so much though and it was so nice of them) but if you're on a honeymoon or couples trip this villa would b perfect!

Perfect jungle experience. The staff was very kind and helpful We loved everything except the breakfast.. it was very poor but they did tried their best

We were lucky enough to also stay in The Spa Resort (The sister hotel on the beach) which was absolutely beautiful. The village is set about 15 minutes from the beach and is very quiet and beautiful too.

Having to leave as the staff were fantastic and could not do more to make your stay everything you want it to be
