The swimming pool is amazing. We loved the staff. So polite and kind. Especially one girl is always smiling and want to talk to you. She took a picture with us. The bungalows are what you pay for. The bed doesn’t have sheets but a gross light brown fleece fabric. If the bed only would have bedsheets it would be perfect. Now sleeping here was terror. The bathroom is dirty. The toilet you don’t want to sit on because it’s full with stains. The shower will do but wear slippers. The sink is unstable but will do. And we were so happy with the airconditioning. How ever this was our cheapest stay so we know what we could expect. We stayed for 4 days. The staff, pool and location are all worth for booking this again. They have good prices so we ate breakfast, lunch and snacks at the pool. We bought many buckets with cocktails and also the prices for wine were also good. Our kids loved the smoothies. From the pool you can see the beach and enter the beach quickly. When you’re done you can shower the salt off. In the pool you can sit with your wine and smoke your sigarette. It was heaven. They give towels for the pool and beach so that was no problem. The personnel is speaking good English. The first night we went outside but our girls stayed in the room. Unfortunately the internet wasn’t working so we couldn’t reach them. I called the reception and they went to the room and gave our girls another wifi code so we could reach them. Only at the end there was a bit of a problem because we give our laundry to them and we were missing a bra 🥹 they searched everywhere but couldn’t find it so we left without it. That was a pity. We can recommend this place to everyone. We came before Fullmoon festival so it was quite on the island. Haad Rin is a walk of 10-15 minutes so that was perfect. The 7-11 on the other side of the street was under construction unfortunately but when that one is operational it makes it more easy. We were happy with our stay here!!

The gym area looked like a bad day in bosnia (but they hadn't listed that they had a gym so I guess that's fine). You have to ask for toilet paper all the time. And you cannot flush the toilet paper either. Combine that with no daily cleaning it becomes a bit messy...

Rooms are basic but comfortable, I think a bit nicer than they look in the pictures. Staff are friendly and laid back, restaurant serves good food that’s affordable. We were a bit hesitant to come here due to some of the negative reviews but we had a positive experience, so long as your not expecting luxury this is a great place to stay. We stayed with kids, and they had lots of fun in the pool.

Just to be aware that people smoke marajuana in the common areas, if you are sensitive to that.

We loved this stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are basic but comfortable with everthing you need. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun beds next to the pool with tables for dinning inside and outside with a gorgeous view of the sunset. Meals and drinks were also really good and affordable. There is direct access to a lovely beach which you can walk up for about 10/15 min with a few. A close walk into the town for shopping around 10 minuets.

A key controls the electricity so no way to charge anything if you’re not in the room.

I loved the staff! Rain, Mio, David and maybe the manager I’m not sure his name but he spoke great english- they were all exceptionally kind and friendly. I was genuinely sad to leave! I liked it a lot mainly for the atmosphere, proximity to full moon party/Haad Rin beach and the staff. On the beach which was completely private mostly and had a pool. Lots of socializing especially near the full moon time. Restaurant was good especially if you have no food restrictions it has everything and cheaper than surrounding places mostly- but could have more vegan options (had some)!

The wifi wasn’t that great sadly, shower holder was broken for first two days. The staff was very helpful though and got my shower holder fixed. The wifi sadly was not fixable it just didn’t stretch into the room that well.

I enjoyed the old school Koh Phangan vibe. The people who work there are wonderful and speak great English. The pool is lovely and the beach access is really nice too. The food is great and very reasonably priced. I enjoyed the beer pong table as well. The sunsets from the pool are great. It is a place I could easily stay for a looooong time. I even extended my stay.

In the fan rooms, the fans are rotary on the ceiling, and it makes it feel like you are trying to sleep in a hurricane. They could have massage staff on site as well.

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location right next to the beach with great view of the sunset every night. Services on offer plentiful with all laundry, games, massage, tour, taxi, restaurant and bar all available.

Food and drink are very affordable compared to other stays in Thailand, but quality sometimes lacked a little. But still very good value. We had A/C in rooms, some don’t offer this so important to book one with A/C

The stay was a very good price for the great location which is near full moon party, 7-11 and a pool overlooking a quiet beach. The restaurant is very reasonably priced with a wide variety of world dishes The hotel also opens up a few events such pool parties and pre drinking for full moon. The facilities Also have a pool table, table soccer and beer pong

-Wi-Fi wasn’t working most of the time -Pool table is very worn down -Drinks took a while to be served sometimes

The staff are unbelievably helpful and wonderful people. I am thinking of Sol, Ice, Honey, and, above all, MM. There are lots of other people I haven't mentioned. Especially recently, they helped me overcome a difficulty in my life in a way that only true friends can do. I will never be the same again because of them--my life will be forever better thanks to these people. May God bless you all.

It is a fact that Kho Phangan Labor's is from Myanmar. There are no longer thai people working over there. The staff was accommodating and maintaining the place as good as they could. It was a pleasant stay.

As usual the Foreigners are noisy and think that they are on top of the world being drunk, stone and snob!
