The property is located on a hill 2-3 km away from the centre of Haad Rin far from the chaos and business of the party area and immersed in a stunning natural setting. Private beach which is also a very nice spot during sunset when the staff sets up the area with chairs and tables. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is nice (both a la carte and some small buffet options).

The property is located on a hill 2-3 km away from the centre of Haad Rin and 10 + km from the pier and the west side of the island. On one hand, this makes the location more quiet and peaceful, far away from the business of the party area. However, on the other hand, please be aware that this makes it very difficult to move around. Roads are pretty curvy, insanely steep and scary to walk or ride with a scooter. For this reason we decided to rent a car or move by taxi most of the time. The hotel has lots of potential but needs a bit more maintenance (a bit old sun beds, broken sun-bed tables, shower in the room is a bit old and moldy, walls can be repainted, etc). Breakfast could also be upgraded with more Buffet options (i.e. more juices, fruit, yogurt & cereal options)

The slogan on the tables in a hotel says: "Today's forecast: 99% chance of happiness!" So true! If you went there with a positive attitude and determination to have a great holiday, the smiling staff will contribute and make you feel great. The unique idea to put a bathtub on a room balcony appeared to be great because it allows you to relax additionally in the evening. The hotel location is far from "where the action is" and if you want to do a beach or bar hopping across the island, you need to rent a scooter and the hotel has new motorbikes at a really cheap price (250 baht/day).

Location, but OK - scooter rental compensates it

Lovely decor, beautiful grounds, boho vibe. The place looked magical in the evening with fairy lights. Beach was well taken care of and clean. Good for swimming albeit a but rocky in some parts. The hotel is fairly small so it felt quite intimate and very peaceful. Staff was nice and welcoming and the service was good. I loved the greenery and the hotel grounds were well taken care of.

For breakfast you order from a menu. After a couple of days it can get a boring without a change. The location for the hotel is mid way on a mountain and not very walkable so you need to either rent a scooter or order a taxi to get around.

We loved every minute of staying here .. On arrival they took our bags to the room we had welcome drinks & cold flannels .. Room have everything you need toiletries ..a bathrobe.. slippers .. hairdryer .. A beach bag with towels .. The staff go above and beyond to pamper your every need and make you feel like royalty.. We got to call the staff by their first names & the day we left Yin Yin came to wave us off & it was here day off .. This is was an extra special place ..

There is nothing we disliked about the room .. but it was lacking a mirror in the bedroom.. only one in the bathroom which is difficult to use your hairdryer in the bathroom due to it being unsafe ..

It truly was like being in a paradise. The pool is so clean and refreshing and the beach on the doorstep of the pool was beautiful. The sunsets are gorgeous. Staff are super friendly and make a huge effort to look after you. The two ladies covering breakfast are very kind and attentive. The balcony was lovely and light and really comfy. Breakfast was delicious everyday!

Please cover the temperature screen on the air con unit as it’s so bright and keeps the room too light at night. There is room to have small bedside tables but haven’t put them In for some reason which is a little inconvenient.

A nice personal vibe in the perfect location with staff that are very kind and helpful. The attention to detail was also incredible. Every night the staff set up dining tables on the beach with lanterns, the presentation of this is outstanding.

Lovely stay, super friendly staff and the view from our Deluxe Side view room of the beach etc was awesome. I like that insect repellent is provided in rooms as typical of jungle type locations the mossies are everythere but id def stay here again, We rented a moped from the reception which was super easy and its a 5 min ride or 15 walk to Haad Rin. The pier from Koh Samui is 5 mins away too with lots of transport options. Highly recommend :D

we loved this place. had a really great vibe to it. right on the beach. the staff were simply AMAZING. the food was so good. 10 min to walk into town. we also had a bath on the balcony looking over the beach.

everything was great

This hotel was just beyond our expectations. The room was so close to both the pool and the beach, and the restaurant and the pool-bar were very good and reasonably priced (happy hour!) We were picked up at the pier, the driver was waiting for us with a printed sign. While staying in the princess we went to a great party at a nearby club called OXA, to the Thong Sala city center and we had recommendations for a beautiful sunset at the Koh Ma beach. I worked remotely from the hotel and the Wi-Fi single was great. I also took a call next to the pool and it was perfectly quite.
