The staff were absolutely amazing there. My friend got really sick and they helped us with getting her to a hospital. They also extended our stay to accommodate the situation and helped us move to a more suitable room. The place itself is also amazing. The rooms are very spacious, and have amazing views of the sea and the pool. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.- It was a really lovely stay all round (apart from my friend having to go to hospital of course)

The only thing that would have made our stay better, would have been if they had a restaurant. Apart from that it was one of the best places we have stayed

Perfect location outside centre hadrin and built into the mountain. Monkeys sometimes pay a little visit from 5am to 6am from the jungle above. Nice and quite from any parties and full moon action as it's set back a little bit. Staff are super friendly. Had a trust system with the drinks in the fridge from the bar where you just write down your room number and what you have taken and pay later. Great views from the balconys. We had room 6 which perfect for us as we had the jungle one side of use and the restbof the resort the other side along with a fantastic view.

They don't serve any food at the resort which isn't to much of a problem but would of been nice at times for the lazy days around the pool.

We stayed here for fullmoon, was abit expensive but so everything on fullmoon, on normal days its very cheap and worth! Rooms abit outdated but nothing to worry about! Wonderfullllll view from rooms, great clean pool.

Rooms abit outdated, room door cant be locked so dont leave important things in room. The hotel on a very high hill with no accessibility, not for eldery!! On the last day we’ve seen a guest fall and break his legs and head(skull), he laid bleeding in a very bad & fatal condition for 50 minutes before hotel did anything!!!!! Evenso the paramedic came, it was a hell of a challenge to take him down the steep hill!!! Becareful! Still a very beautiful hotel and view!! Worth the price!

Nice and cheap studio that we booked specifically for the lead up to the full moon party. It was very quiet, and had a great shower. Great view from the room and pool.

The pool needs a revamp, the grouting is falling out and gets on your feet which isn’t pleasant. There were ants In the supplied tea/coffee box. Was no reception, and no manned bar next to the pool. You just have to wait for someone to walk past and ask for things. Very steep hill to get to the accommodation, if you have any troubles walking this is absolutely NOT the place for you.

Very nice swimming pool. The rooms were big and the bathroom was very big as well. Nice airconditioning and tv in the room

There was no real hospitality. When we arrived there was no one to welcome you. However,when we pressed a doorbell someone came to show us the room (20min after pressing) Also, we stayed for 7 nights and even when you hung up the sign to clean, they did not really clean anything but the sheets and did some wiping of the floor. So the bathroom was not cleaned in the 6 days we were there. Also, the hostess was sitting at one of the 2 tables at the pool, staring at here phone, from 1pm till 6pm. It did not make us really comfortable to sit with here at the table and doesnt give a very friendly feeling.

I had an amazing stay at Moonstone Studio in Koh Phangan. The location offers stunning sea and jungle views, making it a peaceful holidays. The studio was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property is accurately described on Booking.com, so there were no surprises. We understood that there was no restaurant on-site, but the nearby dining options more than made up for it. Highly recommend Moonstone Studio for a relaxing and enjoyable, fun stay in Koh Phangan.

The room had an amazing view to the sea from the bedroom window , the room is big enough actually for 3 people and the price was really great ! The location is perfect and you are close to everything you need . The pool was also very clean and well maintained

Everything was perfect till i had to communicate on whatsapp with reception on my last day and the replies were so rude , i wanted to send a screenshot to SG ( the manager ) but the number i had from him didn’t have whatsapp .

The place has a proper holiday feel. The grounds are green, colorful and very well maintained, and because it’s away from the road and surrounded by jungle, you feel secluded and away from the general mess of Had Rin. We observed lots of monkeys from the balcony. They get active in the afternoon. A scooter is recommended to get around though as the walk to the nearest 7-11 is a long one. Our room had an amazing view down onto the pool and the sea. The pool is not big, but because it was low season, we had it to ourselves most of the time and it was fabulous. The room was spacious and comfortable, big windows, the colored LED lights were a nice touch. Shower worked fine.

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 3 nights in a beautiful studio with a stunning sea view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property features a lovely pool, and the location is unique and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

It's a great value for money. The bedroom was very large with an A/C. The living room and kitchen have only fans. The view from the bedroom was amazing! The hotel is located on a hill so you should hike a bit unless you rent a bike.

The furniture is a bit outdated the words just fine.
