1. Stayed for 2 nights, Room was clean and spacious! Suitable for couple and family. For family you can request extra beds 2. Friendly staffs. When we checked in Sok is the one who greeted me. She didnt speak English nor Malay but she tried to understand and given her best. I would suggest using Google Translate for a better communication. 3. Water pressure is good and I really love wudhu friendly tap! 4. Fridge and minibar 5. U need to use handle shower instead of shower for water heater to function 6. Tips : Bring IRON 7. Bed was hard but no problem since we were tired. Couldn't care less

my favourite stay if i went to hatyai,very calm and no noisy from town but if the workers can speak english at least it will be more comfortable.this is my 8th time stay here from kuala lumpur.i travel with family so it is more convenience can park my car beside the room.easy to access to my luggage.

the toilet is slippery maybe not clean enough i dont know,and there is no soap but it is okay,i buy from 7e.and there is no nearest shop at the area....the bed is very hard same like my previous2 stay before covid.thats all...everything is okay

Location was quiet and reserved. Exactly what I needed for my weekend getaway. Staff was nice. One of the rainy days when we slept in, our shoes were outside and the staffs picked it up and put it under shade. It was nice to know.

Cleanliness of the outdoor areas. We would like to just hang around at the seating placed outdoors but they were not clean. Also wished both showerheads have hot water.

The rooms were spacious, clean, beautiful, fully equipped and very comfortable. Equipped with a large wardrobe, more than enough cabinets and drawers. The layout and landscape of the resort is neat and beautiful The staff also was very hospitable. Will recommend this resort to my colleagues.

The sewage system in the bathroom room should be smoother. It takes a while for the water to completely drain out of the shower area.

The aircond really noisy & not cool. And sometimes the electricity interrupted, i not sure why but sometimes make me worried 😅😅😅 Beside that quite difficult to get breakfast in the morning since have to go to town. No halal food around

Each room just like each small house. We book 3 rooms and unexpected that we get 3 big rooms with 3 parkings. Very big room, spacious, big space toilet and bathroom. The pillow is good. Calm surrounding. The staff is polite. About 11 min to the city centre. Suitable for family with kids.

The kind and friendly staff, the cleanliness, the spacious room and bathroom. And it's close to the airport.

It was quite difficult to find food nearby. Need to use grab food or food panda but then it was a bit difficult to communicate with the driver. The staff didnt speak English so communication was a bit of a struggle but they're all very kind and helpful.
