very muslim friendly, pool separated between genders and there a kid area for family. the staff were great but the location were a bit far from the centre- good for privacy . the breakfast were okey not too much variety but enough

there were stain on the toilet that were not properly clean and during booking, it didn’t mention about the deposit per room RM150.

All the staff are friendly even though some of them cannot speak English or Malay (some can speak either one).

Almost everything about this hotel is pleasant and comfortable and absolutely welcoming. The staff were super duper friendly and excellent at their jobs. It might not be a world famous hotel but to me, this hotel has its own class. The breakfast buffet is not bad at all. Location wise it is not that close to the city centre but Maxim sure is way cheaper than Grab. Hatyai is just pure food heaven. My 3-day stay was.pure relaxation and joy.

I have nothing to dislike about the hotel nor Hatyai itself.

New/ newly refurbished hotel. Facilities are good, rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Surau at the lobby is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We asked for telekung (prayer's veil) and they do allow us to borrow.

Some ants 😅 - maybe bcs of the kids' milk powder. NONE on the bed and NONE at other foods that we brought in.

Wow, what a beautiful Hotel. I missed breakfast due to sleeping a long long time. Im sure this would have been as beautiful as the Room and the hotel itself. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Muslim friendly, Halal food and delicious.

Everything. They provide halal breakfast & so many choice. I stayed for 2days and everyday is different menu. Highly recommend for a family gateway. The bell boys are so friendly & always helping. My parents so happy with their stay here.

Probably the location if you are not coming with car but it is easy to get grab to go around.
