The room are spacious. I booked 1 family room (1 king bed and 1 single bed) for my parents and 1 deluxe twin beds for myself. Breakfast are delicious too and they provide halal breakfast (but i feel a bit suspicious with the sausages they serve in the fried rice - i didn't eat that btw) They have swimming pool (i didn't check it out since too tired after spending the whole day driving here and there with my parents). This hotel also have gym for their guest to use it (didn't check it out either). This hotel are so quiet at night (which i love the most). No loud music from karaoke or lounge.

No elevator from the ground floor, elevator start from 1st floor. But they have staff that can assist us, bring our luggage to the reception counter during check in and check out time. Limited tv channels. But it don't really bother me. I went to hatyai not to watch tv all day inside of my room. So no big issue. They only provided free water bottles, coffee, creamer and sugar for the complimentary beverages. No option for tea (again, not a big issue since we had our breakfast at the hotel restaurant).

the staff were very helpful, the guy from the reception take us and our luggage until infront of our room which is im so suprise because their service like a 5star hotel, the room pretty nice and clean, i have no complaint, they even change new bed sheet for me every day when i hang for make up our room

when we hang to make up our room on 1st day they did spray air freshener, then the rest of the day we hang to make up our room they did not spray any of the day later, kinda sad .. also their water pressure were slow .. but still their service on top!

Overall, Hatyai Signature Hotel is really good! The hotel feels new and clean, the aircond works great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a comfortable stay all around.

The only downside is the pool area, which is very slippery, especially when heading down to the gym. It feels quite dangerous, so I hope the management can consider adding mats or non-slip flooring to make it safer.

I didn’t know that family room is in separated building. And the other room is in another building which is to me not very convenience when you travel in a group. Other than that the water pressure in toilet was low.

The room was huge! Air conditioning worked well, nice little balcony, lift for luggage and staff were so helpful. We didn't have Thai Baht for our deposit and thankfully they accepted Malaysian Ringgit instead. The in house restaurant is also superb and the concierge very helpful!

Nothing to fault here - the pool was out for maintenance which was a shame but understandable and I think may have been catered for with a discounted price anyway. The location is also a bit far out to walk into town itself but a grab in only cost 60 baht.

The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, and the location was peaceful but still not too far from the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four.

Location and people or gangsters in the front of the hotel is was scared me and my daughter. Also some group of man drinking in the front of hotel. It’s was bad.

Room is clean, cozy and spacious for our triple family room. The room and hotel design is simple and modern concept. We love it. The hotel provide different choices for 3 days breakfast included local dishes and international breakfast too. The hotel staffs is helpful and friendly too. Its not located in the city center but if you like more quiet and not so crowded place, it will be your 1st choice. The location is easy to access to city center too.
