location is quite and the room is in order. Lot of restaurant and convenient for dinner. There are jacuzzi bath tub provided in the room. Hotel staff is friendly although i arrived around 11.30pm. Overall is comfortable and nice to stay.
The room need some maintenance as the laminate flooring is lot of gap, water heater need to service as it not properly function, need a transportation to travel to town center as there are a distance from it.

Very affordable 1 parking space per room. Very good if you are traveling with own car Jacuzzi working perfectly. Lighting was very good (with blue ambient light) Sooooo peaceful and quiet. I would recommend traveller who are visiting hat yai by car to stay here. No headache finding parking spots after visiting places in hat yai.
Mattress a bid hard. SPC flooring almost came off - need to refurbish.

Nice place to stay. Quite place and very calm. Each room have their own parking. Very convenient for traveller that bring their own car. Also request a birthday decoration and the decoration super cute! Love it!

Good customer service, lovely people, friendly, excellent location everything is near by, quite place, very peaceful to sleep, have to improve the bath tub, pest control.
