I would like to recommend a lot this place, excellent service, very clean room and a nice breakfast. One of the greatest things about this place is the staff, all very polite and helpful.

The hotel is not quite close to the mais attractions in Hat Yai, but you can overcome it easily by asking a grab.

Everything in the new hotel is modern, with amenities like a smart TV for watching YouTube, and a spacious air conditioning unit. Lots of power plug. Everything is perfect.

While the hotel is located a bit away from central Hatyai, transportation options like Grab are available. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary tuk-tuk rides for added convenience

A warm and welcoming stay, with attentive staff who even served drinks during check-in — a lovely touch! I loved how clean and comfortable the room was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. it was amazing! I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful view in the morning. and I really suprised that they provided a luxury shuttle with a cheapest price. It made getting around so much more convenient and comfortable. Thank you so much.

The room was smaller than expected. And the parking was a challenge. Don't worry the staff will help us to move out after check out.

Property looks luxurious, clean & brand new. They welcomed us with cold towel & complimentary welcome drink. There is a lift inside. The bed was done perfectly, comfortable & cozy. They provided full toiletries as well. Also have free 2 in 1 drinks & 2 water bottles. You have to pay for what’s inside the chiller. They have their own private tuk-tuk and can ride within 1km radius from hotel. Iron facilities is not provided in room so you have to call reception and they will send them to you. Staffs are also nice & we had a smooth check in / check outs.

Property was a bit far from town/Central Hatyai. But it’s quite near with Dim Sum Chabura. We had to rent motorcycle to explore Hatyai since it’s cheaper than Grab. No tuk tuk nearby.

Room is clean ,Bed and Pillow is Comfortable . Breakfast is nice .

But the Aircond Position straigh to bed feel not comfortable when on AC . One more thing is Why Toilte dont have Exhaust fan? Cant close door when using toilet due Poor air circulation feel Suffocating, After poo whole room smelly ...

breakfast ok, Location a bit fare from town and some tuk tuk not familiar the area . If possible to get Tuk Tuk to pick up and drop off at certain location and certain time, it will more convenient for hotel guess.

Some Staff not well communication in English , need to improve but friendly .

Modern look, near to the city around 10 minutes drive to Asean Night Market. Not located in the middle of the city, so you can get a peaceful night. The design is modern, room is spacious for 2 pax, clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

We love the ambiance of the hotel lobby. The staff are all helpful and friendly. We got our need quickly.

I think we forgot to switch on the button for room maintenance… so we didn’t get our room to be cleaned up. That will be the only setback.

Very kind people and good services, hotel is new and comfort. Breakfast is very good and also there are tuktuk service provided by hotel.

Smaller than expected, and also the temperature of shower doesn’t last long, location just 5min away from city centre but tuktuk can bring 😁

Clean... very clean. The location was perfect with everything I needed on the doorstep. Staff are attentive and extremely helpful.

Room is too compact for a couple. I would advise on trying the larger rooms on offer.
